They reduce a binary digital pattern to obtain a unit width skeleton which retains geometrical and topological properties. These properties are important for robust recognition of characters, handwritings, fingerprints, transportations infrastructure and other. A robust parallel thinning algorithm based on the popular Zhang and Suen algorithm is presented. The ZS algorithm is very good in respect to both connectivity and insensitivity to boundary noise but it tends to remove diagonal line segments and whole 2×2 square patterns, and does not produce a unit width skeleton. The control strategy can be implemented to use optimal amounts of resources, during the loading and unloading operations on docked vessels. A mathematical model linking the ship's positioning and orientation with the forces and moments exerted upon the hull is required in order to develop an optimal control strategy for the ship's stabilizing ballast systems. In case of real application which based on sparse rule base Fuzzy model the conclusion is interpolated using more rules. More programming libraries exist for complete rule base system, but none for sparse rule base. Developer has to implement the FRI method based on articles or the Fuzzy Rule Interpolation Toolbox for MATLAB can be used which is developed by Johanyak. That special MATLAB Toolbox is perfect for research purpose but it is hard to use in real environment. In this paper, we describe the Fuzzy Rule Interpolation Developer Toolbox Library, which is freely available. A real time application that based on incomplete fuzzy rule base model can use this Developer Toolbox Library. The library has more interfaces, which can be used by any popular programming language, for the reason of easier adoption. The developed reconstruction method successfully handles the intensity inhomogeneity or intensity non uniformity (INU), that is an undesired phenomenon during measurement and represents the main obstacle for MR image segmentation and registration methods. The segmentation is realized by a fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm together with the INU estimation. The proposed method determines the contours and using a medical knowledge base analysis determines the edges that are parts of the vascular system. Finally a spatial reconstruction is performed from the obtained data. Several MR databases were analyzed, and approximately a 98.5% recognition performance was obtained. We have designed and fabricated an electronic device, using AVR micro-controller, in order to facilitate transfer of information to the visitors of museums. The device is called smart electronic guide for museums and has the capability of providing the visitors of a museum with pictorial, scripted, and vocal information regarding each object in the museum. Low cost, easy access, promotable program, and being user-friendly in providing information are the main features of our device. The presentation will cover the challenges in two major NASA space missions: (1) Mars Science Laboratory (MSL), currently on way to planet Mars with expected landing there in early August this (2012) year after more than 8 months travel with 13 thousands km. hourly speed. The MSL will search for past or current life possibilities on Mars since existence of water -“the bed of life” - has been verified several times during previous NASA visits on Mars. (2) The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) under construction for several years and planned to start operation in 2016 in a heliocentric orbit at 1.5 million km distance from Earth.
