Computer networks are often used simultaneously at certain times so that it can cause overload of bandwidth on the computer network. Overloaded bandwidth can cause disturbances such as networks that feel slower than usual. This study discusses the merger of two service provider internet connections that is done by load balancing techniques using the equal cost multipath method. The stages that will be carried out are analysis, design, simulation or prototyping, implementation, monitoring, and management. The results of the implementation of the application of load balancing techniques with the equal cost multipath method get an increase in the QoS value which can be seen from the test parameters performed namely the average throughput on all computers has increased 0.17%, the average delay for all computers has a decrease in quality of 0.9 milliseconds, the average jitter of all computers has increased the quality of 0.68 milliseconds, and the average packet loss in all computers experienced a 0.58% quality improvement. In 2016, the death rate from heart disease was 122 people per 100,000 population. This figure is higher than other causes, such as stroke, tuberculosis, and diabetes. The number is increasing every year due to changes in lifestyle of Indonesian people who like to eat high-fat foods and lifestyle factors that affect the risk of cardiovascular disease, including lack of physical activity, smoking, unhealthy diet, and alcohol consumption habits. This study aims to monitor the heart rate of cardiovascular sufferers with the mobile internet of things (MIoT) approach. Using the ESP8266 Wifi module for communication to the database server and heart rate sensor to detect heart rate then convert it to Bit per Minute (BPM). Every patient with cardiovascular disease can be monitored using a sensor connected to a smartphone to record any changes that occur. The research method consists of several stages, namely: Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize (PPDIOO). Parallel computing is a method of solving problems by dividing the computational load into small parts of the computation sub-process. This study describes the comparative analysis of parallel computations in the Selection Sort and Radix Sort algorithms. The data used are in the form of whole numbers and decimal numbers totaling 100 to 2 million data. The test was carried out with three scenarios, namely using two processors, four processors, and 3 computers connected to each other via a LAN network. The results showed that the parallel Selection Sort algorithm for small data was better than the parallel Radix Sort. This business requires a data access system that is secure and supports multiple interfaces. Utilizing REST web service technology that can be used as a communication bridge between different access technologies can help the intended system integration. To improve the security of business process related information, it is necessary to add a cryptographic data mechanism. This research will develop a middleware utilizing the viginere cipher cryptographic method on REST-based web service services for the Kafa Photography business venture. The results of research in the form of web service architecture which are used as connectors between different applications, namely web and mobile that support business processes. To test the functionality and compatibility of the outcome, researcher use the Postman application tool and the prototype of mobile and web applications. Currently, the way leaders in assessing employees are still based on perceptions and analysis so as not to produce an objective assessment. Therefore, a method is needed to measure employee performance so that the assessment can be more objective. In this study the method applied is scoring syetem and profile matching, the two methods will be compared and tested which is better and suitable to be applied in assessing employee performance at PT Wahana Rahardj. Employee performance appraisal is carried out using 3 aspects namely intelligence aspects, aspects of work attitudes and behavioral aspects and each aspect has sub-criteria. The hospital continues to strive to improve the quality of customer relations by providing the best service for its patients. Problems that arise in the hospital are related to unsatisfactory services that make patients disappointed. One of them is a fairly long procedure, which causes the patient to wait a long time to get action. An information system prototype has been designed using the concept of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM). This concept provides the best service for patients who have not moved to competitors. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method used is prototyping technique. This application prototype was built using PHP programming with the MySQL database. One factor that affects the cleanliness and comfort of the city of Bandar Lampung is the condition of air quality in the city of Bandar Lampung. The number of vehicles and industrial factories in the city of Bandar Lampung has become a major factor affecting air quality, such as the increase in harmful pollutant gases such as carbon monoxide gas (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2), dust (PM10), nitrogen dioxide gas (NO2) and sulfur dioxide gas (SO2).Pollutant gas monitoring is one of the solutions in creating good air quality for the community. One of them is by utilizing information and communication technology. One of the utiliparameterion of information and communication technology in air quality monitoring is to use Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). WSN technology, which is the technology used to distribute and acquire data that is monitored and controlled centrally. This research builds an air pollution monitoring system in Bandar Lamping City by utilizing WSN and GSM technology for wireless data transmission to server applications. The results of this study are air pollution monitoring systems running well by displaying the outputs of sensor node acquisition based on the parameters of carbon monoxide (CO), dust (PM10), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) gases. The results of the calculation of the average overall sensor nodes for each parameter are 49 μg / m3 for PM10 substances, 34 μg / m3 for SO2 substances, 24 μg / m3 for NO2 substances, and 25 μg / m3 for CO substances. Based on the ISPU index and category, the results are in a good category. To be able to make these tools requires software to program so that all hardware can run, the components used are electronic components consisting of an Arduino Mega 2560, HC-SR04 Sensor, Turbidity Sensor, SIM 800L, Waterpump, and a simple water filter as a compliment. This tool works automatically, when the water tank is full of clean water, the user will receive a notification in the form of an SMS.
