With this aspect, it adds added value at the micro-level in the rural areas and at the macro level in the country's economy. \u0000The products obtained from bees are faced with the threat of risk factors that negatively affect food safety during the process of taking their place on the market shelves from production. For this reason, the importance of organic beekeeping increases as the aim is to increase the quality of organic beekeeping. \u0000According to the Organic Agriculture Information System (OTBİS) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in 2019, There are 249 enterprises engaged in organic beekeeping in Turkey. Organic beekeeping, the total number of organic hives is 50.100 and the total organic honey production is 576.76 tons. \u0000Moreover according to the Organic Agriculture Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in 2019, 159 enterprises engaged in beekeeping in the transition process in Turkey present, it has a total of 21 484 hives in transition. \u0000To increase this potential of our country and to ensure its sustainability, It can be achieved by producing reliable and better quality organic beekeeping products. Mitokondriyal disfonksiyon yaşlanma sürecinin önemli bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır. Hücreler yaşlandıkça solunum zincirinin etkinliği azalmakta, elektron kaçağı artarak ve ATP oluşumunu azalmasına neden olmaktadır. Farklı hücre tipleri farklı sayıda mitokondriye sahiptir ve kendi DNA’larına sahip oldukları için, içinde bulundukları hücreden bağımsız olarak bölünebilmektedirler. Diğer bir ifadeyle, mitokondriyal replikasyon hücre bölünmesine bağlı değildir. Üreme sırasında, bir çocuğun DNA'sının yarısı babalarından, yarısı da annelerinden gelmektedir. Bununla birlikte, çocuk her zaman Mitokondriyal DNA’larını (mtDNA) annelerinden almaktadır. Mitokondriyal hastalıkların çoğunluğu, mitokondriye neden olan ürünleri etkileyen nükleer DNA'daki mutasyonlardan kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu mutasyonlar kalıtsal veya kendiliğinden olabilmektedir. Mitokondri çalışmayı bıraktığında, içinde bulundukları hücre enerjiden yoksun kalır. Bu nedenle, hücrenin tipine bağlı olarak semptomlar büyük ölçüde değişebilmektedir. Kalp kası hücreleri ve sinirler gibi en çok miktarda enerjiye ihtiyaç duyan hücreler, en çok hatalı mitokondrilerden etkilenmektedir. 62 yıl önce Harman, yaşlanmaya reaktif oksijen türleri (ROS) ile oluşan makromolekül hasarının aracılık ettiğini ileri sürmüştür. ROS mitokondride enerji üretiminin bir yan ürünü olarak üretilir ve bu yapılar DNA'ya, yağlara ve proteinlere zarar vermektedir. Artık yaşlanmada hedef mitokondriye odaklanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar, oksidatif stresin, mitokondriyal DNA mutasyonlarının, mitokondri turnover'ındaki azalmanın hücresel yaşlanmaya aracılık ettiğini ortaya koymaktadır. This study is mainly about the development of students' design thinking skills in informal education. In order to make an assessment, a case study was conducted on the Bademlik Design Festival (BTF), which can be described as an important example in the field of informal education. By adhering to the method, surveys were applied to the instructors and students participating in the BTF. The concepts obtained according to the survey results are based on a detailed conceptual framework. Then, by interpreting this conceptual framework, students' learning outcomes are revealed. Exchange via ultrasonic and traditional methods, was conducted at 50 °C and 70 °C. The maximum replacement of Na+ ion with K+ ion in the extra framework of zeolite was increased from 76% to 83% with increasing temperature from 50 °C to 70 °C in the ultrasonic method which is more effective than traditional one. Compared with the zeolites, the MOF adsorbents used in this work have higher Langmuir specific surface area values namely 1278, 1473 and about 1000 m2/g for MIL 53, Cu-BTC and zeolite adsorbents respectively. The resulting CO2 isotherms can be well represented by the Toth equation. Using the data, obtained from the solution of the direct problem, the reverse problem is solved. The iteration method for solving boundary reverse problem is developed on the basis of the mathematical model of the heat and moisture transfer. Numerical calculations are carried out.
