Departing from these problems, the implementation of In-House Training is to help improve teachers' abilities in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In House Training (IHT) is needed to improve the ability of these teachers. The research was conducted using the School Action Research method. The results of the study show that teacher competence in applying ICT through In House Training can actually increase teacher interest, enthusiasm, concentration, and activeness in the learning process. In addition, there has also been an increase in teacher competence in applying ICT in the form of an increase in average scores and an increase in individual and classical abilities for teachers at SMP Negeri 9 Bogor. Thus, based on the exposure of this research, it can be concluded: 1. the implementation of In House Training can increase the competence of teachers in applying ICT, 2. the implementation of In House Training makes teachers not bored and bored instead they feel excited so that their learning activities also increase, this is proven to aspects of the seriousness of teachers in participating in IHT activities there was an increase in the percentage of teachers from cycle I to cycle II, namely 78% in cycle I to 84% in cycle II, and 3. the large increase in ability that can be achieved through In House Training activities in applying ICT is in initial conditions have an average value achieved only 33.35. The research subjects were students in class 11 Fashion Design-2 consisting of 34 female students. The method used is a class action research method consisting of two cycles. In the first cycle, learning is carried out using the Project Based Learning Model, while in the second cycle, it uses an enhanced Project Based Learning Model. In each cycle consists of four stages of research namely planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The research data were analyzed using a comparative descriptive followed by reflection. Comparative descriptive is done by comparing the initial condition data, cycle 1 and cycle 2, both for learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that: First, the use of the Project Based Learning Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes about Skirt Design material according to the Collage Concept in the Fashion Design subject in class XI Dressmaking-2 Vocational High School. It is proven that the percentage of student learning outcomes has increased from the initial condition the average value of daily tests was 66.18 in cycle I to 75.21 and in cycle II to 81.32 or in the final condition there was an increase of 22.88% from the initial condition. The background problem is that students' ability to understand short stories is still not good. This problem can be reduced by using the Jigsaw method. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles by taking the setting at Junior High School Students (SMP Negeri 1) Bogor City class IX-E with a total of 37 students as a sample. The sample was given a test instrument listening to the reading of short stories in order to obtain an intrinsic element appreciation test score. The conclusion of this study is the average ability of students in Pre-Cycle 57. In Cycle I the level of achievement was still low with an average score of 71 and the number of students who completed 22 people so that the percentage of completeness only reached 71%. In Cycle II it was classified as good with an average score of 82 and the number of students who completed reached 28 people so that the percentage of completeness reached 87%. This proves that there is an increase in the ability to understand the intrinsic elements of short stories through the Jigsaw method. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative research at SD Inpres Pakkolompo. The subjects in this study were fifth grade teachers, with principal informants and fifth grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data through triangulation of sources, times and methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was using the interactive analysis model of the Milles and Hubberman models which included: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Before using the Numbered Heads Together Cooperative learning model, student learning outcomes only reached an average value of 65.56 then there was an increase after using the Numbered Heads Together Cooperative learning model to 71.11 in cycle 1 and 79.31 in cycle 2. concluded that the use of the Numbered Heads Together Cooperative learning model is fun so that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, a teacher needs to consider learning strategies so that they can improve student learning outcomes. The research was carried out at Junior High School (SMP Negeri 8 Kota Bogor) and aimed (1) to determine the use of the Teams games tournaments learning model to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects regarding the Human Reproductive System (2) to describe the process of improving student learning outcomes in science subjects about systems Human Reproduction before and after using the Teams games tournaments model, (3) To measure the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes in science subjects about Human Reproductive Systems after using the Teams games tournaments model. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Teams games tournaments learning model can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before the implementation of the Teams games tournaments learning model, student learning outcomes only reached an average value of 70, then there was an increase after the implementation of the Teams games tournaments learning model to 77 in cycle 1 and 86 in cycle 2. From the description above, the researcher concluded that the application of the Teams games tournaments learning model adapted to learning materials can create a pleasant learning situation so that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The research population is the executor in the Human Resources Staffing and Development Agency and the Bogor Regency Regional Secretariat as many as 290 people with a sample size of 169 people calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Data collection for each variable studied using questionnaires with a rating scale. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) method. The results showed: (a) Employee discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on motivational variables. (b) Employee discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on performance variables. (c) Work climate variables have a positive and significant influence on motivational variables. (d) Work climate variables have a positive and insignificant influence on performance variables. (e) Motivational variables have a positive and significant influence on performance variables. (f) The magnitude of the coefficient of parameters for discipline variables on performance through motivation is 0.054 which means there is a positive indirect influence of discipline on performance through motivation. Or it can be interpreted that the higher the value of discipline, the performance through motivation will increase as well. (g) The magnitude of the coefficient of parameters for the working climate variable on performance through motivation is 0.278 which means there is a positive indirect influence of discipline on performance through motivation. This research was conducted in a junior high school (SMP Negeri 19 Bogor City) with the research subjects being students of class IX.F. The method used is a classroom action research method which consists of two cycles. In the first cycle, the learning is carried out using the Scientific Learning Approach, while in the second cycle, the Scientific Learning Approach has been refined. Each cycle consists of four stages of research, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research data were analyzed using comparative descriptive followed by reflection. Comparative descriptive is done by comparing the initial condition data, cycle 1 and cycle 2, both for learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that: First, the use of the Scientific Learning Approach can improve student learning outcomes about the Processing of Foodstuffs from Animal Husbandry and Fisheries in Craft subjects. This research was carried out in a junior high school (SMP Negeri 19 Bogor) in the 2019/2020 school year with the research subjects being class IX.G students. The method used is a classroom action research method which consists of two cycles. In the first cycle the learning was carried out by using Doli Cards in groups without a list of questions, while in the second cycle the use of Doli Cards in groups was accompanied by a list of questions. Each cycle consists of four stages of research, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research data were analyzed using comparative descriptive followed by reflection. Comparative descriptive is done by comparing the initial condition data, cycle 1 and cycle 2, both for learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that: First, the use of Doli Cards can increase students' activities and learning outcomes about electricity in Natural Science subjects in class IX.G. It is proven that the percentage of students in the good learning activity category increased from the initial condition in the first cycle of 62.50% to 84.15 in the second cycle or in the final condition increased by 21.75% from the initial condition. Second, the use of the Doli Card can improve student learning outcomes about electricity in science subjects in class IX.G.
