This crisis affects all segments in day to day life. Jakarta citizens can report any problems related to COVID-19 through Citizen Relations Management, later known as CRM. This CRM system consists of 14 official complaint platforms that can be used by the citizens to report their complaints to the government and its working units. As a bridge between people and the government, this system is a form of problem-solving innovation. In this study, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) was carried out to analyze the pattern of complaint reports concerning COVID-19. The dataset used is CRM report data and daily COVID-19 positive case data. Through the analysis, a linkage is found between the cumulative number of reports related to COVID-19 and the cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases. During the crisis period like the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, transparency of information and citizen feedback can make invaluable contributions to an effective national response. This study is expected to encourage CRM to deal with the impact of COVID-19 effectively through the official platforms managed by Jakarta Smart City.","PeriodicalId":288117,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"109 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114275528","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such adaptation processes are suspected to create new problems, which might become stressors. This research aims to perceive the effect of coping strategies on the psychological being of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) citizens during the Large- Scale Social Limitations period. Results showed that there was a significant relationship between coping strategies and psychological well-being (p=0.000<0.005). Research also found that most respondents cope by employing the emotion-focused coping system. It was strongly suspected that citizens were able to cope and manage stressors during the pandemic by doing self-improvement activities and trying to connect with their social network (friendship or work-related) with existing technological platforms. On the other hand, it was also suspected that the high number of respondents with emotion-focused coping was a result of feelings of helplessness in controlling problems arising during the pandemic, such as local government policies and socioeconomic impacts.","PeriodicalId":288117,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130092284","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various countries possess varied responses and policies regarding COVID-19. Since the Indonesian government affirmed COVID-19 a national emergency on March 2, 2020, it is necessary to have official information that can be accessed by the public, which at that time did not yet have the Central Government Website. Moreover, the importance of the availability of public information/data contained in official online pages can be used by governments to formulate data-based policies. Jakarta is a pioneer in developing a government website related to COVID-19. This paper provides lessons learned from developing an official COVID-19 website of the Provincial Government of Jakarta. This paper outlines different aspects of developing an official COVID-19 website and an ideal solution to the challenges involved in developing one. This paper uses agile development methods as an evidence base to develop a website. The most interesting finding is that the corona website has been successful in attaining 27,569,404 visitors, 120 collaborators who donate 151,567 pcs of social aid. This finding confirms that this study provides a better understanding of common elements in building an official COVID-19 website. The no-nonsense method of developing an official COVID-19 website can be easily replicated and followed by other cities to consider the model in developing a similar website.","PeriodicalId":288117,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124386124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The applications of incident detection using social media data are commonly focus on text analysis. Due to the ability of social media to capture variant data types such as text, voice, image, or video, the development of incident detection based on multimodal data is preferred. The use of multimodal data on incident detection is expected to improve the accuracy of prediction. This research aims to detect emergency incidents based on multimodal data streams from social media using deep learning methods. We compare several deep learning architectures that implement some neural network variants, namely Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). We crawled data from Twitter API and labeled into three incident categories i.e. flood, traffic jam, and wildfire. The CNN and C-LSTM are used for text prediction, and the best performance obtained by C-LSTM and achieved 99.09% in the accuracy. The compared CNN models for image prediction are AlexNet, VGG16, VGG19, and SqueezeNet. The best performance obtained by VGG16 with data augmentation and achieved 99.08% in the accuracy. The incident detection results of multimodal data are obtained from the highest confidence level of text or image.","PeriodicalId":288117,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124840162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of robotic technology for lawn mowing has been carried out to minimize the risk of hazards that can be experienced as well as to consider energy efficiency, time and cost. However, in some conditions, robotic-assisted work has not been completely left without human supervision. So even though there has been a lot of research into the implementation of this lawn mower robot, there are still gaps in development to improve its performance and efficiency. This research builds a lawn mower robot and its control support system using the capabilities of an Android-based smartphone. The robot built is able to perform manual movements (forward, backward, turn left, and turn right) as well as make trims through commands sent from smartphones or move autonomously through the targeted land area. Of course, with the addition of an ultrasonic sensor module to prevent the robot from hitting solid objects in front of it.","PeriodicalId":288117,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123004589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, so far, the IoT still disables privacy for various reasons. This circumstance has intrigued many researchers to conduct research related to IoT and privacy. A large amount of research on this topic causes new problems about the way to find the novelty from existing gaps. This research was conducted using Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which explains the answers for four Research Question (RQ), i.e., (1) What challenges did cause the privacy of the IoT exposed? (2) Apart from privacy, what did other aspects of security compromised? (3) What did attack the IoT which have been previously researched? State the name of the attack that occurred! And (4) What solutions were offered by previous researchers? This study uses the PRISMA statement as a reference so that this paper is transparent. This research uses ACM and science direct as a journal database. The results showed that the majority of articles answered the challenge about \"Lack of security protocol\" (RQ1); 61 of 88 papers marked confidentiality as a gap (RQ2); Side-channel attack was the most frequently discussed attacks (RQ4); and each researcher had the unique solution to solve the problem.","PeriodicalId":288117,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123108585","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
