Bunglon Photography is a business entity that is engaged in providing photo and video shooting services. Bunglon Photography requires an information system that can expand the dissemination of information about its photography services. Making this application is done by collecting data, system analysis, system and database design, system implementation and system testing. The sales system in Distro Today still uses a manual system, soithas limited marketing areas and buyers. To solve the problem, Distro Today E-commerce was created that can handle online sales. This research was conducted at SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 Jambi City from January to April 2021.This research was conducted using the R and D (Research and Development) method which includes planning, designing, manufacturing and testing tools carried out by making a tool system with input in the form of a Fingerprint Module. Control system with Arduino Mega 2560. Output system in the form of LCD and SMS reports to parents of SMA Dharma Bhakti 4 students in Jambi City. The way this tool works is by identifying the fingerprint pattern of DB 4 High School students during registration and transfer using the Fingerprint Module. The Fingerprint module is activated by a fingerprint then identified. The purpose of this research is to create a web profile and promotion at the Chaniago boutique, which is used for media promotion and product marketing via the internet. The method used is to conduct a literature study on the profi web work system, then design the design and work profile web system, which is then implemented by making this profile and promotion web. The conclusion obtained is that this web profile has been successfully created using the PHP programming language combined with the MySql database. Not maintaining assets and asset data can be an important problem for the organization or company. This asset maintenance system aims to facilitate the maintenance of asset data, especially at the Jambi Class III Port Health Office. The Jambi Class III Health Office is a Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Health which is under and responsible to the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control. Asset maintenance in the office still uses the manual method, namely the person in charge of the room comes directly to make a request for repairs, making it difficult for officers to maintain these assets. To overcome this problem, we need a form of asset maintenance system that can assist in the repair request process. Making this application is done by collecting data, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The database used is MySQL. The input requirements for the Information Technology Equipment Asset Maintenance System are asset data, room data, and work area data. The process requirements needed are: Login process, request process, and input, update, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: the request report is approved, and the request data report is rejected. The purpose of making this thesis is the creation of a Web-Based Information Technology Device Asset Maintenance System. This makes the work less effective and efficient in terms of time to complete work in the field. Seeing these conditions, an application is needed to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in making a policy, therefore a Website-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) data input application for passengers at the Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. Which will be applied to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in carrying out their duties to the maximum. With the Web-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) Registration Application at Sulthan Thaha Airport Jambi, it is hoped that it can assist officers or employees in inputting passenger HAC data that is still manual or still recorded as Web-based data input. That way every input data that is inputted to the computer through the Website Application will produce work that is effective, efficient and fast and safe to be stored and managed properly. Making this application is done by collecting data, system design, system analysis, and database design. Making this application program developed with PHP, the database used is MySQL.
