One of the greatest needs for information technology is the need for information systems in schools. Information System is a collection or arrangement consisting of hardware and software as well as their implementation personnel who work in a sequential process and mutually support each other to produce a product. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system aims to change the way mail is stored in a hard file into a soft file archive. This incoming and outgoing mail archiving information system makes a good contribution to agencies. The software used in making this correspondence application uses xampp to run the web server, MySQL for database management. The implementation of the incoming and outgoing mail information system displays the interface, namely: the interface of all users and the interface of other officers. Information systems for filing incoming and outgoing mail can make outgoing mail faster and more efficient, entering incoming mail data. Providing a means of storing mail archives, so that they can be managed properly. The aim of reducing crime rates is that it needs to be built web-based applications and tested using WEKA applications to help process and analyze data using data mining techniques using the decision tree method. In analyzing the data using the age, time, place of occurrence, crime decision tree as an attribute of the case and article theft as a class. In making this prediction application, the PHP and HTML programming languages are used. And using databases using MYSQL and in analyzing using Microsoft Excel and WEKA. The data inputted is in the form of data on the offender, violation data and admin data. The attributes that are inputted in the WEKA application are attributes of age, time, place of occurrence, and crime and articles of violation as a class. The output generated from the WEKA application is in the form of rules or rules from the decision tree while the output generated by the web-based prediction interface results in article violation classes and generates reports on the perpetrator's actions, the number of crimes, crimes per period and per violation article. One of the problems in the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPDD) in Muaro Jambi Regency is in the personnel department, such as staffing data that still uses Microsoft Excel so that it is still inaccurate, efficient and effective in monitoring and processing employee data. From the problems above, a solution was created, namely in the form of a Web-Based Personnel Information System which is expected to help solve problems that exist in the staffing section such as rank order list data for Employees, Bezetting data, employee performance target data, and employee mutation data. The development of this system uses the Waterfall method and is implemented using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter v.3 framework and My SQL database.
