The traditional K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm needs to calculate the distance between the sample to be classified and all the training samples obtained under normal operation condition (NOC). Large computational cost involves in this step when the number of the NOC samples is huge. Aiming at this, existing methods reduce the training samples by using the clustering algorithms, so as to reduce the computational cost of the KNN. However, the reduction of training samples usually leads to a decrease in the accuracy of fault classification. Misclassification directly affects the normal production and safety of the industrial processes. To this end, a fast KNN fault classification method based on hybrid feature generation and K-Medoids is proposed. Firstly, a hybrid feature generation method combining ReliefF algorithm and linear discriminant analysis algorithm is used to select and extract the sample features, thus enhance the separability inter-classes and improve the accuracy of fault classification. Then, K-Medoids clustering algorithm is used to select few representative training samples and reduce the computational complexity of KNN algorithm. Finally, the simulation is performed on the Tennessee- Eastman process, which verifies that the proposed algorithm is superior than other related four methods and only consumes far less running time than the basic KNN algorithm while retaining higher classification accuracy.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128975083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a crucial parameter of the SERF atomic spin gyroscope, the temperature stability of the alkali vapor cell determines the stability of the gyroscope scale factor. Therefore, high-precision temperature control of the alkali vapor cells is important to achieve an accurate measurement by an atomic gyroscope. Besides, since the atoms in the cell are very sensitive to the low-frequency magnetic field noise, it is necessary to ensure that the low-frequency magnetic field noise is not introduced during the heating process. In order to meet these requirements, a non-magnetic temperature control system of the alkali vapor cells based on the STM32 and Labview is designed in this paper. The proposed system is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the equivalent interference magnetic field of the proposed system is less than 50 fT/ Hz 1/2, temperature measurement accuracy is 2 mK; and near the operating temperature of 180°C, the temperature stability is ±3 mK.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"79 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120891979","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The false data injection attack against energy management system is a new type of cyber-physical attack, which can bypass the bad data detector of the smart grid to influence the results of state estimation directly, causing the energy management system making wrong estimation and thus affects the stable operation of power grid. We transform the false data injection attack detection problem into binary classification problem in this paper, which use the long-term and short-term memory network (LSTM) to construct the detection model. After that, we use the BP algorithm to update neural network parameters and utilize the dropout method to alleviate the overfitting problem and to improve the detection accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the interactions among these process variables, which can be used for many purposes like identifying the disturbances propagation. This paper presents the application using the extended convergent cross mapping technique to exploit time-delayed causal relationships between any two process variables. Hence, all the pairwise results can be collected and summarized in a final causal map, including unidirectional or bidirectional, direct or indirect links in transport chains. The techniques of parameter initialization and indirect causations separated from direct ones are discussed and analyzed. And the application results show various causations with strong, moderate or weak effects. For example, the primary air flowrate and the differential mill pressure have great impacts on most of the rest variables, whereas the coal-air mixture temperature only responds to others, which is consistent with the physical characters as the input and output of the coal mill system.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121637368","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By using an error-shifting transformation into nonsingular terminal sliding mode control (NTSMC) scheme, an novel tracking control is able to develop robotic systems in the present of uncertain initial tracking condition and finite time convergence rate. When the system output violates the prescribed constraint initially, the proposed way makes the prescribed constraints be satisfied within a finite time. In order to make overall closed-loop system achieve uniformly ultimate bounded, a log-type barrier Lyapunov function has been introduced. Moreover, there is no need for the knowledge of the actuator fault, but the actuator faults are accommodated. At last, the finite time converge rate of robotic systems is regulated by choosing appropriate parameters. Through the panel data of 273 prefecture-level cities in China, the spatial and Durbin model is used to deeply explore the influencing factors of urban eco-efficiency from the perspective of participatory governance. The results show that urban eco-efficiency has strong spatial differentiation and spatial correlation. The eco-efficiency of non-resource-based and renewable cities is more efficient while declining cities need to be improved. There is a trend that high-efficiency areas drive the progress of low-efficiency areas. Furthermore, participatory governance can significantly improve the urban eco-efficiency, in which cooperative motivation, government innovation ability, and citizen participation quality have a positive impact on urban eco-efficiency, while government over-intervention inhibits the growth of efficiency. The research clarifies the relationship between participatory governance and urban eco-efficiency, and its conclusion provides an important reference for China's ecological construction and sustainable urban development.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122120714","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
