Therefore, a modified version of NGHS algorithm will be proposed to solve some optimization problems. Inspired by differential evolution algorithm mutation operation, stochastic harmony variable is selected and applied in the position updating to enhance the global search capability. Then double evolution operation be used based on a probability control parameter in evolution process, which aim to reduce the probability of algorithm trouble in local optimum value. Compared to some well-known approaches such as HS, IHS, GHS, IHS_MM, IHS_SM, NGHS, all the results demonstrated that the new proposed algorithm has better potential performance.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123044448","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By processing the voltage and current data collected from the grid terminal, the algorithm can obtain the information of frequency, energy and waveform with time labels, so as to realize low cost, efficient measurement and transmission of grid monitoring information in the Internet of Things (IoT). At the same time, the algorithm can adapt to the change of power grid frequency, calculate the RMS values of voltage and current with high accuracy, avoiding the problem of inaccurate energy evaluation caused by the fixed frequency constant of smart meter. Furthermore, the efficacy of the proposed algorithm has been evaluated by theoretical calculation and validation in MATLAB/Simulink environment.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128205668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A major challenge currently facing deep learning technology is the requirement of enough training samples to ensure the accuracy of results of the learning. But for the current power grid, training data can be obtained because a lot of real time data is collected to maintain the stability of its operation. With the deep learning technology, there is no doubt that these data can be utilized to realize the intelligent operation of the power grid. Then, a time delay controller is designed to obtain high performance without modeling the hysteresis. Whether the life prediction is accurate or not determines the economic benefit of the plant. Among the current research and applications, either the designed system is too complex to be suitable for most of the cases, or lack of complete and scientific algorithm to support the analysis. In order to deal with the problems encountered, in this paper, a life prediction method for photovoltaic power plant based on GM(l,l) model is proposed. On the basis of PR calculation, the definition of Health with only four indicators for each unit is introduced, simplifying system calculation and improving the efficiency. According to the ' ‘Bathtub Curve’ of the equipment, relate aging rate to Health. After calculating and transforming the collected data into sequence, the preparatory work for this method is completed. Further, take the aging rate sequence as the input and obtain the life prediction curves. This paper designs optimization for GM(l,l) grey forecast model, which makes the model self-correct the curves dynamically. This method is implemented with the data from a photovoltaic power plant. The results show that this method is well worth being adopted in reality.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"478 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115875596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

FPN tries to use different level features to deal with the scale variance problem in object detection, but lacks the screening of information, leading to important information not protruding and introducing interference; 2. Although CNN realizes the automation of feature extraction, there are still many components that need manual design, such as loss functions, etc., how to choose suitable loss function for different stages are still to be explored. To overcome these issues, we introduce attention mechanism to FPN and propose a more effective feature fusion method for it. Besides, we explore the selection criteria about choosing loss function in each stage and find combining Smooth L1 loss function with the new loss function focused on inliers such as Balanced Smooth L1 yield better results than only using a single loss function. Based on them, we propose Attention Feature Pyramid Networks(AFPN) Detector and train with different loss functions. Experiments show that our method achieves 1.1 points AP improvement than FPN Faster R-CNN on MS-COCO.","PeriodicalId":287095,"journal":{"name":"2020 35th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115040759","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
