Abstract

The problem of time delay control (TDC) for a uncertain linear systems with input hysteresis is studied in this paper. To mitigate the effectiveness of input hysteresis, a controller based on TDC is proposed. Particularly, the time delay estimation (TDE) is used to estimate the uncertainty and the unknown nonlinear part of the hysteresis. Then, a time delay controller is designed to obtain high performance without modeling the hysteresis. Finally, compared with an adaptive sliding mode controller, the simulation results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed controller.
