However, their electrical properties in a well-ordered monolayer deposited on a conducting substrate have not been investigated. Here we combine the powerful methods of Scanning Kelvin Probe Microscopy with nanometer lateral resolution and Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) to investigate these properties. For the EIS measurements we use the interdigitated gold electrodes of a Surface Acoustic Wave resonator to measure electrical properties parallel to the substrate, which is a novel approach. Molecules behave as dielectrics with resistance around 440 GΩ. Lower resistance is observed at the boundaries of the micrometer sized solid phase domains where the film is the liquid phase. On exposure to chloroform vapors over two orders decrease in resistance was observed which was completely reversible.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128994690","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such facilities include most of the facilities / subjects of diagnosis in medicine, ecology, biology, meteorology, climatology, in assessing the quality of raw materials, all types of fuels and others. Assessment of the state of complex objects is carried out by ensuring the maximum completeness of the information about the parameters of the studied object by measuring the parameters that correlate with the studied parameter. The degree of commonality of the processes of measurement and diagnosis in terms of information is significant, which leads to the need for their joint study and to obtain relationships that are fair in both measurements and control, which increases the reliability of diagnosis. Since the controlled parameters, in the general case, can change over time, it is necessary, based on the assumption of the influence of only random variables, to introduce the norms of possible deviations. Going beyond these norms is the basis for decisionmaking. However, independent monitoring of individual indicators may, if correlated, lead to erroneous decisions. To prevent this, it is proposed to use statistical methods with multiparameter criteria to assess and diagnose the stability of complex objects. The paper proposes the use of T ^ 2 - Hotelling statistics to diagnose the state of complex objects. The physiological state of the human body was chosen as the object of study.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121841560","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The object detection method is based on a two-stage algorithm: at the first stage, the approximate position of the object is determined using edge detection algorithms; at the second stage, graphic models of the object are built by creating graphical primitives. An algorithm for constructing graphical primitives is developed using the color of a biological object as a parameter. The presence of the second stage can significantly reduce both false positive and false negative results. To implement the presented model theoretical studies and practical experiments are carried out. During experiments, it was revealed that the proposed approach allows increasing the accuracy of determining biological objects, since it works with a color image and, accordingly, uses the ranges of digital color channels. In addition, the construction of graphical primitives, taking into account color ranges, makes it possible to estimate the physical characteristics of a biological object. The proposed two-stage technique for the automatic determination of biological objects makes it possible to solve the problems of positioning ultraviolet and low-frequency laser devices for point irradiation. The presence in the algorithm of the stage of constructing graphical primitives on biological objects makes it possible to estimate the degree of fatness of the animal, which is one of the components of determining its state of health, and can be part of an automatic system for contactless determination of the animal’s weight.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131865468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The subject of the research is the models and methods of synthesis of finite state machines, aimed at reducing the hardware expenses in the circuit of the machine. The research is based on a systematic analysis of the results of modern theoretical and applied developments made by domestic and foreign scientists in the digital control units sphere. The theoretical novelty is distinguished by the fact that a method is proposed for choosing constants in operations for operational state transitions on the base of the determinant of the matrix. The practical novelty lies in the implementation in Quartus by the behavioral method, in contrast to the classical method.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134175353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The effect represents a linear control of the sum of these currents by the gradient field. This phenomenon transform the BMT’s in magnetogradiometer sensor with high resolution. The experiments are carried out with prototypes realized by integrated silicon processes and innovative magnetomodular system featuring high and linear gradient. The sensitivity of BMT reaches S ≈ 300 μA/T for the selected operation mode. The maximal gradient obtained with new actuator system is 78 mT/mm. The results are very promising, as the magnetogradiometer further extends the functional possibility of BMT for sensor electronics and automation.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122299691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A lot of scientific research reported that the obtainable accuracy and precision of the scanner vary considerably, and imperfect camera calibration is the main error source in the scanners. Actually, the VDI/VDE 2634 guideline, proposed by Association of German Engineers and Association for Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Information Technologies, has been used for evaluating the accuracy of stereo vision systems. However, the sensitivities of the camera parameters and disparity map for the test results of VDI/VDE 2634 guideline have not been well evaluated. This paper proposes a method for sensitivity analysis based on the principle of stereo vision, Monte Carlo method and VDI/VDE 2634 Part 2 guideline. We simulate the point cloud result of the ball bar artefact with 7 different arrangements and calculate the dimension of sphere diameter, sphere form and sphere-spacing. The simulation results show that the farther ball would have greater systematic error, and the deviation of the focal length and the disparity map would considerably affect the 3D point cloud reconstruction. Moreover, measurement of the ball bar artefact at the different depths of view would efficiently derive the maximum permissible error (MPE) of 3D structured light scanners.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"76 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131191200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thermal control method for filament supply is used to detect and avoid 3D printing process blocking caused by extruder jamming. Method is based on real-time temperature feedback from the 3D printer extruder. Two control parameters are continuously followed, first is the extruder thermal time-constant and second is the extruder heater switching frequency. Both parameters provide accurate feedback information on material flow through extruder and detects unwonted jamming during the 3D printing process. Correlation between filament material supply speed and control parameters has been established and presented. Control method does not require additional hardware equipment and uses embedded 3D printer extruder sensors and controllers.","PeriodicalId":287017,"journal":{"name":"2021 XXXI International Scientific Symposium Metrology and Metrology Assurance (MMA)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125507638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
