The monitored parameters are stored in a database for on-line and off-line analysis as well as decision support on web based method. Traffic congestion reduces the efficiency of the transportation infrastructure of a city; increases travel time, fuel consumption and air pollution, and leads to increased user frustration and fatigue. Reducing traffic congestion can improve traffic flow, reduce travel times and the environmental impact. The main objective of this paper is to consider the problem of vehicular traffic density to determine the low and high traffic conditions. To determine the traffic firstly we determine the texture features. Based on the texture features we determine the various traffic conditions. The procedure includes background subtraction from which we obtain the difference image and we apply the Support Vector Machine (SVM) procedure on a given captured image. So far in literature it is given many more ideas regarding the accretion of efficiency in MANET. Here we have revealed an easiest method to be adopted in present Adhoc network. This method is gives as SaP (Short alternate Path) protocol, a simplest method to improve the working of MANET. This protocol helps to catch the packets during the packet drop at link breaks or path failure. This protocol transfers the data from the failed node and delivers it to the node next of the failed node in the route through an alternate node. Thus this protocol doesn't go in search of alternate path or new route flooding the requests. This conserves the energy and makes the shortest path back to life even after the node failure at a point. Every single user contributes a part of new information to be added to the web every day. This huge data supplied are of diverse area in origin being added, without a mere relation. Hence, a novel search scheme must be applied for bringing out the relevant results on querying web for data. The current web search scheme could bring out only relevant pages to be as results. But, a Semantic web is a solution to this issue through providing a suitable result on understanding the appropriate need of information. It can be acquired through extending the support for databases in machine readable form. It leads to redefinition of current web into semantic web by adding semantic annotations. This paper gives an overview of Semantic mapping approaches. When the high resolution panchromatic image unite with low resolution multispectral image results in fused image of high spatial resolution multispectral image. The above said fusion techniques require additional transformation to increase spatial information and also decrease spectral distortion in fused image. Another efficient fusion method named as linear pixel level fusion overcomes this color distortion. The main advantage of this method is to produce color image same as that of natural image by adjusting the correlation properties with the help of the user and no additional transformation needed. The fused image produced using linear pixel level fusion method is suitable for human visual perception. Glaucoma is a group of diseases, which damage eye's optic nerve that leads to blindness. Glaucoma usually has no early symptoms, and by the time people experience problems with their vision, they usually have lost a significant amount of their sight. The structural change observed in the retinal fundus images of Glaucoma affected individuals is enlargement of cup. Normally fundus images are manually graded by specially trained clinicians in a time-consuming and resource-intensive process. The ratio of the diameters or areas of the cup and disc (CDR) is widely used indicator for the assessment of glaucoma. The authors proposed a novel algorithm to detect glaucoma from color fundus images. The algorithm locates cup and disc on fundus images using circular fitting techniques and measures the diameter and area of cup and disc of the retina. Using a quaternary Signed Digit number system one may perform carry free addition, borrow free subtraction and multiplication. However the QSD number system requires a different set of prime modulo based logic elements for each arithmetic operation. A carry free arithmetic operation can be achieved using a higher radix number system such as Quaternary Signed Digit (QSD). In QSD, each digit can be represented by a number from -3 to 3. Carry free addition and other operations on a large number of digits such as 64, 128, or more can be implemented with constant delay and less complexity. Tracking in the range and tracking in the radial velocity are performed to meet the demands of several applications. During the surveillance operation the moving targets are displayed in the screen and the operator selects a target and orders for tracking in range and in velocity of the identified target. Thereafter, the range and velocity information about the target locked by the radar is provided continuously. Replica correlation detection is employed as to concede improved probability of detection in presence of noise. The receiver structure is simplified by employing array of flip flops serving as range cells and selected target cells and they are updated by the detected signals during beam sweeping. Over the past few years organizations are using SQL for storing and managing the organization specific information. At the same time there is an emerging trend towards XML (Extensible Markup Language), and it has become a standard for information exchange over the internet. Users/Developers are supposed to use two different kinds of languages for data reception and manipulation. This problem is overcomed by converting the user's SQL queries into XML. In this paper, we propose a framework to convert SQL join (Left, Right, and Full) queries into XPath expressions. As a result user's can access XML database through SQL queries only.
