Fatores Motivacionais em Desporto de Natureza entre Praticantes e não Praticantes de Exercício Físico 自然运动中体育练习者与非体育练习者的动机因素

A amostra é composta por 764 praticantes, sendo eles portugueses, espanhóis e franceses, das seguintes modalidades: espeleologia, canyoning, canoagem, escalada, BTT, parapente e pedestrianismo. Desses praticantes, 133 praticam exercício físico estruturado, igual ou mais que três vezes por semana (idade média 39 ± 10.2) e 631 não praticam exercício físico estruturado, nunca ou menos de duas vezes por semana (idade média 38,9 ± 10). Os resultados mais evidentes foram a revitalização o prazer e a afiliação como motivos mais apontados pelos praticantes de DNA. Leite","doi":"10.47863/pnpu1822","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47863/pnpu1822","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this article is to present the sociodemographic and professional profile of nature sports technicians who work in the Region of Coimbra, to identify the main problems of the sector and the profession felt by these technicians, and to present strategic recommendations for the improvement of the setor. For this, a case study was developed, whose data collection was carried out through the application of 30 semi-structured interviews to a sample of technicians who collaborated with touristic animation companies based in the Region of Coimbra, complemented with six months of participant observation in one of these companies of the referred region. The interviewed technicians are young, single, male individuals, with high academic qualifications, who collaborate in part-time in the companies with which they collaborate, with low remuneration resulting from the performance of the various functions they perform (technical, logistical, secretarial, and management), therefore working on other professional activities throughout the year. Prudente","doi":"10.47863/htcl2563","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47863/htcl2563","url":null,"abstract":"The goal of the present study is to characterize the Flow Experience in activities as Levadas, Hiking and Mountain Biking. We aim to analyse the differences between practitioners, on how they perceive their experience. A survey was applied, at the end of each activity. A sample of 449 individuals from 21 different countries was collected. From this sample 217 individuals were males and 232 females with an average age of 41.5 ± 16.1 years old. According to the results obtained in the joint analysis of activities, the natural space scale stands out, was the aspect most valued by practitioners. On the other hand, the motivation scale of the practitioners was the least valued aspect. On the demographic analysis, differences were found (p <0.05) regarding the profile of practitioners in the three activities. Mountain bikers stand out from the Levadas practitioners and the Hikers (p <0.05), being on average younger and in a greater proportion males. When comparing the three activities the description of the Flow experience is reported in a different way by the practitioners (p <0.05). Only in the natural scenario scale, no differences (p = 0.110) were verified. Thus, this descriptive-reflective study of a bibliographic character aims to present new pedagogical approaches to the teaching of judo from the contextualization of the modality under the historical, philosophical, educational, sports and technical aspects. This review promotes a reflection on the systematization of judo, bringing together learning contents such as historical and philosophical aspects, judo etiquette, rules, technical foundations, vocabulary, and instructional methods. Silva, André Moura, Paula Batista","doi":"10.47863/xjtt5025","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47863/xjtt5025","url":null,"abstract":"Assessment is a regulatory and fundamental element of the teaching-learning process (Dutra et al., 2018), which in the perspective of the Assessment for Learning allows fostering the learning (Broadfoot et al., 1999). This study aimed to analyse students’ involvement and motivation in the Assessment for Learning processes and the impact on learning. The participants were 21 students of a class of the 11th grade of the Scientific- Humanistic Course of Science and Technology, with an average age of 17.23. The instruments used were focus group interviews, audio recordings of teacher feedbacks, several self and peer assessment moments and the teacher’s diary. Auto evaluation data were analyzed using descriptive measures (average and mode) and the information from pear observations, focus group interview and teacher board diary were analyzed using the content analysis procedures (Bardin, 2008).The data showed that students raised their level of involvement and motivation for the sessions, especially in the construction of the gymnastic scheme.
