The method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of reviewing scientific journals, books, official news, reports and related regulations which are analyzed by content analysis. Mudharabah linked waqf is an innovation and integration of financing to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) where the composition of the source of funds comes from commercial funds and cash waqf funds managed by Koperasi Syirkah Berkah Bersama (KSBB) through a collaboration with Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) chapter Surabaya. Funds will be channeled to low-risk MSME projects recommended by KPMI Surabaya with a duration of fewer than six months. The surplus of cash waqf will be distributed to social, education, economy, and da’wah activities in the form of sustainable business development and fiqh muamalah assistance by KPMI Surabaya, and the rest distributed as an incentive to reduce Murabaha margins for startups. Risk mitigation is carried out through collateral requirements, guarantor, incentive-compatible contract applications to determine cash flows and related parties in the project, as well as post-project financial audits. The object used in the research is PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia, with employees of the customer service division as the research sample. A total of 30 respondents. The research method with quantitative, data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation, the analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the regression coefficient analysis linear function Y = 13.633 + 0.682. Indonesia as a developing country makes the dollar as the standard of money value because the position of the dollar is considered strong by almost all countries in the world. But in fact the existence of a dollar that is not guaranteed by anything often changes (fluctuates) and will directly affect the financial systems of countries that refer to the dollar, including Indonesia. Ibn Khaldun was a Muslim scientist who lived during the decline of Islam. He was actively involved in the world of government and was one of the figures who had brilliant ideas about the concept of money (751-808 H / 1350-1406 AD). This study aims to examine Ibn Khaldhun's concept of money and monetary policy in the economy and the relevance of his thinking to monetary policy in Indonesia. This research uses library research design (Library Research) with a historical and descriptive approach. The data collection technique chosen is the documentation technique, namely the data collection technique by examining relevant literature with the chosen title. In the analysis phase content analysis techniques are used and combined with historical continuity methods to answer the problem formulation that is proposed. The data analysis stage is through the stages of linguistic analysis and concept analysis. The results showed that: 1) the emergence of the concept of Ibn Khaldun's money and monetary system in the economy was motivated by the economic and political conditions experienced during Ibn Khaldun's life. History says that Muqadimah Ibn Khaldun was written based on the results of his thoughts combined with life experiences he experienced; 2) The concept of Ibn Khaldun is relevant if it is applied in the monetary system in Indonesia. This is based on the real conditions faced by Indonesia, which currently uses empty money. Even though its existence is now proven to have caused crises many times. At present the Indonesian government determines workers' compensation based on their respective regions, compensation which is determined based on the needs of decent living (KHL) in an area as stipulated dalam Undang-Undang No.13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan , The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between compensation with work performance on the employees of the company The sample of this research is 32 employees who work are male and female employees. This study uses 2 measuring instruments, namely the compensation scale which amounts to 20 statement items with a reliability of 0.947 and a scale of work performance totaling 20 statements with a reliability of 0.896. Data were analyzed using simple regression using SPSS 21 for Window. The results showed t-hitung 7.216 while t-table 1.697 with degrees of freedom (df) = n-2 or 32-2 (n is the number of respondents) then the result was 7.216 with a level of significance (level of significance) using α = 5% or 0.05. The test found that tcount> ttable for compensation amounted to 7.216> 1.697, it can be concluded Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between compensation on employee work performance at PT. Mulia bersaudara. Research using quantitative analysis methods; The data used are time series 1990-2010, the analysis technique used is multiple regression with dummy variables. The results show that monetary stability - represented by the variable APBN, financing, investment, BI-rate, exports, imports, inflation, exchange rates and budget regime differences - simultaneously significantly influences GDP development. The level of correlation between the independent variables and the variable variable is quite strong with R-squared 0.9969%. This means that the research variables can explain the dynamics of GDP around 99.69%, the effect is influenced by other variables not examined. Partially, from the results of the statistical analysis, it was found that the APBN, investment, BI-Rate, Imports and the exchange rate had an effect and the difference in the budget system regime had a significant effect on the development of GDP. While the variable financing, exports and inflation have no significant effect on GDP. Cost variables can have a real impact if the standard error is raised to 19%. Exports can significantly affect GDP if the standard error is raised to 24%. APBN, investment, BI-Rate and budget regime differences are positively correlated to GDP. While imports and the exchange rate are negatively correlated to GDP. The econometric model of the influence of oneter stability with GDP is as follows: GDP $ = 0.3131 * APBN + 1.8437 * INVEST $ + 7.8384 * BI_RATE - 0.00037 * IMPORT - 0.01226 * EXCHANGE $ + 167.02356 * REZIM1 + 181.1681 * REZIM2 + 197.6315. Relatively, the use of an integrated and performance-based budgeting system is better than a balanced budget system. Likewise the performance-based budgeting system is also relatively better than the integrated budgeting system. The research method uses quantitative analysis with a dummy variable multiple regression approach. JCI as a bound variable, while the independent variable is the number of Covid-19 pandemic cases in Indonesia, China and Spain, then the movement of the FTSE100 stock indexes (London), Hangseng (Hong Kong) and NASDAQ (New York), as well as differences in social distancing policies in Indonesia (Indonesia) Task Force, WFH and PSBB). The results of the study concluded: The movement of the composite stock index (CSPI) on the Jakarta Stock Exchange is influenced by internal and external conditions. Internally the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing (WFH and PSBB) policies in the country have influenced the dynamics of the stock market (indicated by the movement of the IHSG index on the JSX). Externally, the Covid-19 pandemic in China and Spain also influenced the dynamics of the stock market in Indonesia (IHSG index). Likewise, the dynamics of the stock market in Hong Kong (Hangseng), London (FTSE100) and News York (NASDAQ). The coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia, China, the dynamics of the Nasdaq stock market in New York, and the social dintancing (WFH and PSBB) policies had a negative impact on the movement of the JCI stock index.
