An open circuit fault diagnosis method for power tube of brushless motor inverter is proposed for substation inspection robot. In this method, using the sampling values of the drive system Hall sensor and current sensor as raw data which are processed by the proposed fault diagnosis algorithm, then the fault diagnosis and location of single tube and multi-tube power tube are realized. Simulation test shows the power tube open circuit fault diagnosis method presented in this paper is suitable for fault diagnosis and location of power tube under different rotating speed and load of robot joint motor, it is not affected by system open loop, close loop or PWM modulation strategy. Aiming at the problem of modal parameter identification of mechanical system, a modal parameter identification method based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed. This method firstly decomposes the mechanical system under excitation vibration by EMD and then determines the intrinsic mode function(IMF) and correlation corresponding to each mode of the system, and performs Hilbert transform on each IMF to obtain the instantaneous frequency. Meanwhile, the method is applied to the residual stress detection of large-scale welded components, and good results are obtained.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127245845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The track profile irregularity has a great influence on the vibration speed and acceleration of the rocket sled. This paper proposes a method for calibration the track profile irregularity based on the rocket sled test track of Test and Measuring Academy of Norinco Group. Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis, the vibration value of the rocket sled when sliding on the track with calibrated and on the track without calibrated is compared and the calibration method is evaluated. The results show that the calibration method of rocket sled track profile irregularity can significantly improve the accuracy of track and reduce the vibration of rocket sled.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115939725","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method is based on the double support vector regression machine, uses the idea of least squares and replaces the inequality constraints in the traditional support vector regression machine with equality constraints, which reduces the computational complexity and makes the prediction more accurate. Simulation results show that the proposed LSTSVR prediction model is feasible and dependable. The predicted values of LSTSVR model fit well with the measured values by the foregoing analysis. Compared with LSSVR, the MPE, MRE and RMSE of LSSVR are much less than those of the least squares support vector regression machine (LSSVR) prediction model. Besides decreasing prediction error and improving forecasting precision greatly, it also provides a new way to solve other data forecasting problems in power system.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114356256","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we investigate the dynamic behaviors of toroidal droplets in viscous oils systematically. We find that for low interfacial tension systems, the initial aspect ratio of toroidal droplets increases as the interfacial tension decreases. It suggests that interfacial tension plays a significant role in initial morphology and determines the dynamic behaviors. We further investigate the effects on the breakup dynamics by balancing viscous and interfacial tension stresses. Results indicate that surrounding viscous oils help to sustain the surface-tension-driven instability and thus stabilize it against breakup. Our systematic investigations provide novel insights into understanding breakup dynamics of toroidal droplets in viscous phases; the results could inspire methods to control toroidal droplets for various applications.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114898289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result, the labor intensity of electric fitting personnel has been increased. And repeated operations are performed beside the satellite increased operational risks such as bumps and mis plugging. Based on the work practice, this article puts forward a suggestion to increase the number and color of the electrical connector at the end of the cable branch and uses a certain type of electrical equipment to compare the work efficiency.
