In-depth analysis and exploration of the technical difficulties in the structure and principle of the third-generation semiconductor laser have been made. The self-heating effect is defined as the effect that the heat generated at the channel increases the lattice temperature significantly under the application conditions of high voltage and high current of the device, which in turn causes the device characteristics to deteriorate.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122216780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method is to combine the principal component method with cluster analysis method to identify shunt reactor latent faults. The sample data adopts typical gas concentrations of fault types from new IEC TC 10 databases. The sample data and diagnostic data form the original matrix. Ten the number of the components will be selected. The principal components of the original matrix are constructed to reduce overlapping and redundant information. Calculating the distance between principal components of typical sample data and the diagnostic data realizes cluster groups classification. The smallest distance of principal components between the diagnostic data and the corresponding typical sample data indicates they belong to the same fault type. For the sake of comparison, Duval triangle method and IEC60599 three-ratio method are also adopted to diagnose the same data. Results of diagnosis instances show the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126286296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to improve the accuracy of I-V test, wavelet transform is selected to process the output signal of photoelectric sensor based on the analysis of noise characteristics in I-V characteristic test. The appropriate wavelet basis function and decomposition layers are determined by simulation experiments. The results show that wavelet transform can effectively eliminate the noise in the signal, obviously improve the accuracy of the characteristics I-V test.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126500477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the basis of using non-intrusive load monitoring to decompose the actual electricity data load of resident users, this paper uses a modified cross-entropy algorithm to solve the model and generate load decomposition data in real time. Using the obtained decomposed data, this paper predicts the working state of the user's appliances, and uses the autoregressive time series model to generate simulated electrical data according to the electrical parameters and usage rules of the appliances. This paper improves the speed and accuracy of data generation while ensuring the authenticity of the generated data, thereby forming an automatic generation method for the electric energy measurement simulation data set for digital energy meters.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131909765","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The existing correlator-based multipath mitigation method is mainly an ideal situation under the condition of unlimited bandwidth. Under limited front-end bandwidth, the autocorrelation function (ACF) of the spreading code will be distorted, thereby affecting the code loop tracking performance. This article uses numerical calculation methods to discuss the relationship between code rate, limited front-end bandwidth, and the early-late correlator spacing. It also gives the results of the numerical calculation. For different multipath environments, when designing pseudolite systems and processing signals, the front-end bandwidth, spreading code rate, and the correlator spacing need to be considered comprehensively.","PeriodicalId":285980,"journal":{"name":"2020 7th International Forum on Electrical Engineering and Automation (IFEEA)","volume":"159 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133968354","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
