It investigates the features of the dynamic interactions of the system elements in terms of functional relationships between the existing external influences. It is shown that in cases where it is possible to vary the coefficients of the linear relationship between external influences, special dynamic damping modes can be created for which the necessary conditions for zeroing the oscillation amplitude in each coordinate are simultaneously satisfied. The authors determine restrictions on the form of external influences, which ensure the implementation of the modes of simultaneous dynamic damping of oscillations in a linear mechanical oscillatory system with two degrees of freedom. Currently, all IMS consist of at least 2 management systems, including the IT-Security Management System. Typically, these IMS cover biggest part of the company business processes, but in practice, there are examples of different scales, even within a single facility. However, it should be recognized that the total number of such projects both in the Russian Federation and in the World is small. The security of business processes will be considered on the example of the incident of Norsk Hydro. The main purpose of the work is to study the relationship between the impact of the educational environment, the level of human potential and the smoothing of polarization on the example of one of the regions in the North Caucasus Federal District - the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The construction of generalized models is based on accumulated empirical experience of well-known science schools and prominent scientists using the capabilities of modern computer technology. As a rule, leading scientists' accumulated experience is generalized, and it is presented as empirical formulas. The construction of generalized models is performed on the basis of computational experiment using mathematical theory of experiment planning. The objects of the research are the subsystems of natural landscapes as a complex modified geosystem, they are: slope subsystem; ravine and gully subsystem; river subsystem and water management complex.
