Unfortunately the blind and vision impaired person are still incapable to access these environments without reliance. Assistive technology is trying to sway the living style of the blind by introducing support systems for routinely actions like reading, writing, walking, Web surfing, and shopping. However, still the blind have to count on others for personal accessories shopping. To overcome this problem, we designed and developed a feed forward talking accessories selector. Our system is trained using feed forward techniques with a feature level block-based multi-focus image fusion method to provide suggestions regarding product selection, fitness, and color combination, for instance in dress and jewelry. This needs neuro-rehabilitation for stroke-patients. Recently, robotic technology is successfully applied in the rehabilitation. Most of robot rehabilitation devices are in 2-dimension, and do not have feedback from the environment. The rehabilitation effectiveness is not so good. In this paper, we design a 3-demension rehabilitation system, which has force feedback. The patients have one more training dimension and one more sense (haptic feeling). When only a little muscular surface is disposable to detect the myoelectric signal the problem is not easy to solve because only one or two channels can be recorded. So, when only a pair of electrodes or one channel is used to record the signal, strategies to extract more information from the signals should be developed. Then more than one function could be activated in a myoelectric prosthesis. In this paper the Teager-Kaiser energy operator is evaluated in the task of myoelectric signal recognition. They are too complicated to be used in the many applications. In this paper, we use data mining techniques, locally weighted learning, principal component regression and regression clustering, and combine with the classical proportional-integral-derivative control. The biped model also uses the observation of human walking. The model structure consists of locally linear modules and principal component regression groups. This novel system integrates person detection and super resolution algorithms performing person recognition. Additionally, we use a detector Haar-like features and for increasing resolution we use classical algorithms like Nearest neighbor interpolation, Bilineal interpolation and bicubic interpolation. The detector is trained using Adataboost and cascade classifiers and the implementation is performed in the embeded system Raspberry pi2 with the Noir Pi Camera. We propose a computer system that carries out decision making based on rules using fuzzy logic to plan safe trajectories for preoperative neurosurgery. The processes to generate input values of membership functions, and implementation of the system for decision function will be explained. This analysis allows to visualize the specific way to find the operating point of the amplifier, when it is used as a transconductor. In this work, both theoretical and experimental results are presented. Here, the problem of improving the theoretical data is discussed. Transconductor cells were manufactured using the TSMC technology for 0.35μm.
