Some of the social media that are most often used to carry out online buying and selling activities are: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Tiktok, and others. The application of the Decision Support System uses the SAW and TOPSIS methods in selecting the best social media as a means of promotion, and choosing which method is most appropriate for determining social media as a means of promotion in Tembilahan. But not a few people know how and what we should know in thinking philosophically, one of which is the axiology of philosophy of science. This study aims to enable us to think through an axiological lens. In this study using qualitative methods so that it can be understood and described in detail and depth. In the axiology of the philosophy of science we can find out where knowledge comes from, what the purpose of science is and how we use the knowledge we have. Not infrequently a person does not know where the knowledge he is learning comes from and whether he has used this knowledge properly, so many people think that it is in vain for them to learn this knowledge. If knowledge is used as it should be, surely many people want to study science so that they have a broader way of thinking and can help solve certain problems. For example, a person has Management knowledge that he studied in college, but the problem is that he still has difficulty managing his finances. If he uses the management knowledge he has, he will have no difficulty managing his own finances. Because managing finances doesn't have to have management knowledge first, but if you have it it will make it easier for us to manage finances. Thus We can conclude that a person must know where the knowledge comes from so that he does not learn wrong knowledge or deviate from the path of truth, and must be able to use the knowledge he has so that it can benefit himself and others.Untuk menjadi seorang filsuf, kita harus berfikir secara filsafat. Tetapi tidak sedikit orang yang tau bagaimana cara dan apa saja yang harus kita ketahui dalam berfikir secara filsafat, salah satunya aksiologi filsafat imu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk agar kita dapat berfikir dengan kacamata aksiologi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif agar bisa dipahami dan menggambarkan secara detail dan mendalam. Dalam aksiologi filsafat ilmu  kita dapat mencari tahu dari manakah ilmu itu muncul, apa tujuan ilmu itu ada dan bagaimana kita menggunakan ilmu yang kita miliki. Tak jarang seseorang tidak mengetahui dari mana asal ilmu yang ia pelajari  dan apakah ilmu tersebut  sudah ia gunakan sebagaimana mesti nya, sehingga banyak orang yang berfikir bahwa sia-sia saja mereka mempelajari ilmu tersebut. Jika ilmu itu digunakan sebagaimana mesti nya pasti banyak orang yang ingin mempelajari ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan agar lebih luas cara berfikir dan bisa membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah tertentu. Misalnya, seseorang itu mempunyai ilmu Manajemen yang dipelajarinya di perguruan tinggi, tapi masalahnya ia masih saja kesulitan dalam mengatur keuangannya. Jika Ia menggunakan ilmu Manajemen yang dimiliki pasti ia tidak akan kesulitan dalam mengatur keuangannya sendiri. Karena mengatur keuangan itu tidak harus memiliki ilmu Manajemen terlebih dahulu, tapi jika memilikinya akan memudahkan kita untuk mengatur keuangan. Hal ini didasarkan pada alasan bahwa penerapan open government ini menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat secara luas. Disdukcapil Kota Pekanbaru mendapatkan penghargaan dari Kementerian PAN-RB sebagai instansi dengan pelayanan prima dan didukung oleh penghargaan dari Walikota Pekanbaru sebagai instansi terinovatif 1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data dalam bentuk primer dan sekunder. Subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menetapkan 6 orang narasumber yang terdiri dari beberapa bidang di Disdukcapil Kota Pekanbaru dan masyarakat yang melakukan pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan open government di Disdukcapil telah terlaksana secara baik dari segi transparansi, partisipasi, dan kolaborasi. The phenomenon found in this Proklim research is the low level of community participation in coping and adaptation action activities as well as the institutions in RW12 according to the achievements that have been achieved based on the results of the proklim target assessment, and the lack of outreach to the community about Proklim activities so that people are not aware what are the goals and objectives of the proklim. This study aims to determine the level of community participation in proklim activities, as well as to find out what are the inhibiting factors that make community participation still not achieved in proklim in RW12 Umbansari Village. The theory used in this study is T.Ndraha's theory of participation in the process of decision making, implementation, use of results and evaluation. This study used a qualitative research method, namely by taking a phenomenological approach and collecting data using interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. The purpose of this research, namely: 1). To understand the leader in carrying out project work; 2). To understand leaders organize change engines; 3). To understand leaders mobilize Resources in Organizations; 4). To understand leaders motivating change in educational organizations. Methods and analysis in this library research were carried out in a descriptive-qualitative manner, while data processing was carried out by systematizing materials or books. Systematization means making a classification of existing materials. The results of this study, among others, show that changes in the organization include the stages of preparation/unfreezing, change, and re-freezing. This study aims to understand the role and function of the anti-anarchist team of the Bali Police Mobile Brigade Unit in anticipating mugging crimes that occur in the jurisdiction of the Bali Police. The type of research used is empirical research using a factual approach and statutory approach plus conducting interviews with informants from the Bali Mobile Brigade Police. The results of the study show the role of the anti-anarchist team of the Bali Police Mobile Brigade Unit in anticipating the crime of mugging, namely carrying out pre-emptive, preventive and repressive police duties. The research location will be carried out at Home Industry which is in Resam Lapis Village, Bantan District. The type of research carried out is field research. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population that will be taken in this study is all tempe production houses in Resam Lapis Village. In collecting data, the method that the author uses is observation by going directly to the tempe-making home industry to observe directly, interviews conducted directly with the owners of the tempe-making home industry and collecting documentation from interviews and observations in the form of writing, photos, archives, and so on related to the application of Islamic business ethics carried out by the tempe-making home industry. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods. Qualitative analysis is an effort made by working with data, finding patterns, sorting it into manageable units, determining what is important and what is learned and deciding what others can tell. The results of the study found that the implementation of Islamic business ethics in Home Industry Tempe Nursiah has been implemented, namely the principle of unity, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of truth (virtue and honesty). It might be because baby boomers cannot accept technology or even need fintech to support their daily activities. This research needs to be done so that industry players especially in financial technology can understand the consumers that baby boomers can be accepting the technology. Therefore, the researchers conduct this research using a meta-analysis so can explain the reality that occurs. This research was conducted using qualitative - descriptive. Jeneponto. This research is a qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Respondents in this study were high school biology teachers in Kab. Jeneponto. Data were analyzed descriptive . The results of the study showed that in the implementation of learning, Biology teachers at SMA Kab. Jeneponto always prepares learning plans consisting of teaching materials (83.33%), syllabus (75%), lesson plans (95.83%), learning media (62.5%), worksheets (45.83%), evaluation sheets students (70.83%), and student observation sheets (50%). Regarding critical thinking skills, 79.16% of biology teachers are familiar with the concept of critical thinking, 75% of teachers practice critical thinking skills in learning, and 45.83 use learning models in empowering critical thinking skills. In general, high school biology teachers in Kab.
