Trough conceptual theorist research, reflect on the concept of play in the BNCC, searching to verify if the document instrumentalizes the educators to organize the play as a nuclear activity, to the childish humanized development. The discussions deve-loped are in the perspective historical-cultural psychology, the game, as principal activity at the preschool stage, as propelling of development of the highers psychics functions.The result showed that, don’t conceptualize clearly and theoretically the game as principal activity, the BNCC ends up also not including it as a principal activity of the curriculum, because it doesn’t clarify how it can be structured in order to provide learning and psychics development. In this phase, children learn pedagogical content in a playful way, experience socializing and respect for others without strangers, be they sexist, racist or any difference that, unfortunately, society translates as prejudice. In this paper, we seek to show an excerpt of the Master’s research on morality and gender in Early Childhood Education. The goal is to present one of the results obtained about what children think about moral judgment and gender issues. The methodology had a qualitative character and the technique used was the focus group. The children’s responses make it possible to understand how much their speeches are without prejudice, learned socially. In this study we’ve discussed the goals proposed for the inclusion of young students with disabilities in High School until 2024. Our aims in these theoretical reflections were: to analyze the Law nº 13,005 of June 25th, 2014 which establishes the National Education Plan - PNE (2014-2024), seeking to assess whether the said document gathers the conditions for a possible implementation of the goal proposed for the inclusion of young students with disabilities in High School. In this itinerary we were guided by qualitative research and document analysis. Preliminary results showed us that the challenges to implement that said goal are numerous. O ho-micídio de crianças por seus pais (no sentido de cuidador) constitui importante fato social. A segunda consequência, na hierarquia da gravidade, são o retardo mental e o dano cerebral irreversível. As crianças maltratadas apresentam constantemente retardo escolar. E isso é explicável por sua inadaptabilidade ao convívio com colegas, ao retardo de linguagem e a sua própria adaptação ao sistema escolar. Outro fato importante referente ao futuro das crianças maltratadas reporta-se as várias sociopatia, com condutas antissociais variáveis, as quais irão culminar na adolescência: uso de drogas e álcool, conduta criminal, roubo, fugas e piromania. As prisões estão repletas de antigas crianças maltratadas. De não menos importância são, outrossim, as defor-midades e as incapacitações físicas com os terapeutas, com eventuais pais adotivos ou outros adultos, pois não confia em quem tente ajudá-la. (FARINATTI; BIAZUS E LEITE, 1993, p.35-40). ABSTRACT: In this article, the short story “The island of pinged cats” by the writer José Jacinto Veiga, when dealing with the theme brings a proposal for the novelistic aspect of magical Realism. Based on such inquiries, the work proposes to discuss the violence committed against children, as well as the tyranny of adults over them. Also, analyze whether the home is an environment that transmits security; it also suggests working on this story in the classroom to value the aesthetic aspects of the literary text and to interrelate them with the social and po-litical aspects of a certain group. The work consists of bibliographic research of analyzes of the proposed short story / chronicle and of authors who discuss the problems presented.
