In this study we’ve discussed the goals proposed for the inclusion of young students with disabilities in High School until 2024. Our aims in these theoretical reflections were: to analyze the Law nº 13,005 of June 25th, 2014 which establishes the National Education Plan - PNE (2014-2024), seeking to assess whether the said document gathers the conditions for a possible implementation of the goal proposed for the inclusion of young students with disabilities in High School. In this itinerary we were guided by qualitative research and document analysis. Preliminary results showed us that the challenges to implement that said goal are numerous.
