Or, en situation postcoloniale, marquée par des structures informelles vernaculaires et formelles importées de la métropole, on observe au sein des dispositifs d’animation et d’intervention des tensions relatives aux luttes institutionnelles se confondant aux luttes partisanes et aux luttes interprofessionnelles doublées de luttes interpersonnelles. {"title":"Science related activities within sociocultural community development interventions can be just entertaining?","authors":"A. It is both a cultural object and product that can be received and worked at different levels and within several approaches by the individuals and the communities. Part of this work can be addressed by the professionals of sociocultural community development. A set of fields of action is available for the intervention of these workers, therefore giving to these professionals an important part in conquering, with and within the communities, a democratic space where more informed citizens can improve democratic participation. In this text, the options taken by students when designing science related activities within the context of an optional course of a 1st cycle of a portuguese program over the past four years are analysed and discussed. Cet article propose un éclairage singulier sur les réalités des fonctions de cadre dans les métiers du social à partir d’une enquête puisant aux données de l’INSEE (Enquête Emploi 2011) sur ces professions (animateurs, éducateurs spécialisés, etc.) ainsi que sur une série d’entretiens auprès de directeurs qui travaillent dans l’animation (centres sociaux, MJC, services jeunesse, etc.) ou plus largement dans l’intervention sociale. En este surco, la calle se ha convertida en territorio que ha vuelto a recuperar un sentido que parecía perdido. Espacio que periódicamente es apropiado por la ciudadanía y se convierte en lugar de encuentro en el que construir nuevos relatos de futuro, en el que las reflexiones sobre lo global y lo local tienen gran relevancia. Este artículo identifica como actividad propia de los animadores socioculturales el hacer de enlace entre esas dos dimensiones, la instituida y la instituyente, que forman parte intrínseca de la realidad social. Según los autores, este sector se ha preocupado más de la justa reivindicación de derechos laborales que en los factores que podrían haber ayudado al asentamiento de sus intervenciones en el modelo español. Peor, habría proporcionado sólo una respuesta profesional débil que ha tenido lugar, además, en el contexto de la progresiva desnaturalización de su función social llevada a cabo por las administraciones públicas, que han reducido su autonomía de acción a través de un exceso de institucionalización no basamentado en postulados teóricos, sino más bien impulsos temporales no coherentes entre sí. Target group of project was children with sociocultural disadvantage in residential care facilities. The need of enhancing educational interventions for children under 18 years old is determined by the configuration of Italian welfare system that provides for the decreases of social protection measures for young people when they come of age.
