Similar grants in 2019 were provided to two more author’s projects from other countries. The rationale prepared by us at the stage of the competitive competition of applicants for a grant from more than 100 countries made it possible to attract the attention of international expert groups, the Foundation’s management and, as a result, to achieve a high-quality research and publication at the level of international standards. The central theme of the research and publication is a unique urban planning phenomenon - “Samara Yard”, a historically formed architectural and planning unit that translates into the modern discourse of urban practices the most important features of a sustainable urban environment.","PeriodicalId":284437,"journal":{"name":"Innovative Project","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123062263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The reflection of different modes of time in the spatial environment is an important quality of the “real” city, it gives the place emotional depth, defines identity, forms the spiritual and cultural life of the inhabitants. The material analyzes the following time modes: irreversible change, infinity, eternity. It is revealed that the historical environment of Samara has the quality of multitemporality (the presence of several forms of time perception), formed over a long period of time.","PeriodicalId":284437,"journal":{"name":"Innovative Project","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128466106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, the territory of the Upravlenchesky settlement is examined, their role in the system of public recreational spaces (PIU) of the city is revealed, and their functioning at the city level is studied. The analysis of the value of these territories not only for local residents, but also for the city as a whole is carried out, the nature and specificity of their use by the townspeople historically and at the present time is studied. The factors that hinder the harmonious development of recreational spaces in the region of the northern remote periphery of Samara are revealed. On the basis of the data of the conducted research, recommendations are given for the further development of recreational spaces in order to increase the demand for territories by citizens and enhance their tourist attractiveness.","PeriodicalId":284437,"journal":{"name":"Innovative Project","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124351559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The sacred meaning of emptiness in Zen Buddhism and its influence on Japanese architecture are considered. Differences in interpretations of the concept of “emptiness” in Eastern, Western and Russian philosophy and architecture are analyzed, it is highlighted how echoes of Zen teachings and the category of emptiness contributed to the emergence of the empty canon in the avant-garde. The devaluation of “emptiness” in the aesthetics of modernity and its transformation under the conditions of postmodernism are considered. In the course of analyzing the attitude of the modern generation to the categories of emptiness and space, the preconditions for the return of the attitude to emptiness and space as sacred categories of architectural culture are revealed.","PeriodicalId":284437,"journal":{"name":"Innovative Project","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116480829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The structure of the existing design algorithm is revealed. The characteristics of a typical design algorithm are determined, the application of which generates the uniformity of space-planning solutions and primitivization of architectural values. Examples of various architectural projects that actualize the concept of archofunction are considered. Archofunction appears as a trigger for a creative design approach.
