However, the ingestion of nanoparticles from environmental pollution may have significant health impacts, which are currently poorly understood. In this study we aimed to investigate the cellular toxicity of copper nanoparticles on liver tissue of Rat, and also investigate the role of vitamin E and C, separately or together, in reducing the cellular damage that may be caused by copper nanoparticles. In this study 56 (5–6) weeks old rats with a weight of 120 ± 10 grams were divided into seven groups, treated with copper nanoparticles for four weeks, then treated with vitamins, either alone or together, for another four weeks where is control. Rats were treated with copper nanoparticles showed changes in the ultrastructure of the liver tissue, in which there was a clear decrease in the number of cellular organelles in hepatocytes. Which show small in their size, and had irregular nuclear envelopes, swelling of the mitochondria, shortening of their cristae and effects on their matrix, an increase in the size of lysosomes, an increase in the number of lipid droplets, and an expansion of the Disse spaces. The treatment with vitamins C or E or both, marked improvement was found in the size and number of organelles. The cells returned to almost their normal state. We concluded that vitamins C and E have a positive role in reducing the toxic effects of copper nanoparticles. We recommended their use in doses of 250 mg/kg/day.","PeriodicalId":283969,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Ultra Scientist of Physical Sciences Section B","volume":"92 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133390503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Iron deficiency Anaemia associated with fatigue, skin paleness, weakness etc. The aim of the study is to determine the risk factors for iron deficiency Anaemia among population of Ujjain district (M.P.). Both male and female iron deficient patients were studied from the SS hospital and CHL applo hospitals during Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2012. A group of 6828 patients were studied for iron deficiency Anaemia in different age groups. A total of 4549 female and 2279 males were studied. Information was collected about sex, socioeconomic level. It is inferred that the percentage of anaemia is more in women compared to men.","PeriodicalId":283969,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Ultra Scientist of Physical Sciences Section B","volume":"115 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113992531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this research work, evaporator has been loaded at different loading (thermal loading – cooling of liquid substance in the evaporator) conditions like 25, 50, 75 and 100% of its capacity based on its volume and water is considered as a substance to be cooled in the evaporator for analyzing the performance of the refrigeration system at different loading conditions. The cooling temperature C and the condensation process has range of water is considered from 26 to 2 been carried out by Atmospheric Air Circulation (AAC) mode. The various performance indexes of refrigeration systems namely work input to the compressor, condenser heat rejection rate, refrigerating effect and COP are obtained based on unit mass flow rate of the refrigerant in this analysis. Experimental results. Experimental analysis has been carried out with 3oC of subcooling in the VCR system with thermoelectric subcooling and various performance indexes are investigated with reference to water temperature in the evaporator at different loading conditions. Significant improvements in various performance indexes have been obtained for VCR system with thermoelectric subcooling. The experimental results clearly state that 75% loading condition gives the highest COP at lowest temperature of evaporator substance. Among various loading conditions, COP of 75% loading condition is about 6.7, 3.9 and 25.13% higher than that of 25, 50 and 100% loading conditions respectively. suggest that 75% loading condition is the significant one among other loading conditions in the evaporator.","PeriodicalId":283969,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Ultra Scientist of Physical Sciences Section B","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129130780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
