It can reach more than 40 and 70 tons/year, respectively. This considerable production potential will produce by-products like straw, leaves, stems, and corn cobs. These by-products are usually not utilized properly due to a lack of education among the public regarding agricultural waste. Using agricultural waste in Bokashi organic fertilizer is one effort to overcome this problem. This activity aims to educate the public and increase people's skills in utilizing agricultural waste in an environmentally sound manner by utilizing the help of microorganisms. The method used is counseling and training in making Bokashi organic fertilizer from agricultural waste. Community service using agricultural waste in Bokashi Organic Fertilizer has gone well and smoothly. After participating in outreach activities, the community was able to make Bokashi organic fertilizer and could apply Bokashi organic fertilizer to plants. This activity makes the participants more enthusiastic and motivated to manage their agricultural waste. Keywords: Bokashi, Agricultural Waste, Organic Fertilizer Abstrak Potensi produksi jagung dan padi di Dusun Katoang, Desa Bonto Matinggi, Kecamatan Tompobulu, Kabupaten Maros cukup besar, yaitu masing-masing dapat mencapai lebih dari 40 dan 70 ton/tahun. Potensi produksi yang besar tersebut akan menghasilkan sampingan berupa jerami, daun, batang dan tongkol jagung. Hasil sampingan ini biasanya tidak termanfaatkan dengan baik karena kurangnya edukasi pada masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan limbah hasil pertanian. Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk organik Bokashi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengedukasi masyarakat dan menambah keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah pertanian yang berwawasan lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan bantuan mikroorganisme. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik Bokashi dari limbah pertanian. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk organik Bokashi telah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi pada kegiatan, masyarakat sudah mampu untuk membuat pupuk organik Bokashi dan dapat mengaplikasikan pupuk organik Bokashi pada tanaman. Adanya kegiatan ini membuat para perserta lebih bersemangat dan termotivasi untuk mengelola limbah pertanian mereka. One of the most pressing issues is effective and sustainable waste management. In connection with this issue, community service activities have been carried out with the title efforts to use orange peel waste as an Eco enzyme, one of the efforts to utilize household organic waste. Kolok Nan Tuo Village is one of the villages that have orange crop commodities. So far, people must learn how to manage orange peel waste so it only becomes waste in the surrounding environment. The use of enzymes in organic waste processing has been widely researched. Eco enzyme, namely an enzyme developed with an environmentally friendly approach. This activity aims to inform the public about the impact of unmanaged organic waste (organic waste), the benefits and advantages of using Eco enzyme, how to make the Eco enzyme, and practice how to make Eco enzyme from orange peel waste. The methods used in this activity are the literature study, survey, counseling, and direct practice on making Citrus nobilis Lour Eco enzyme. The community was enthusiastic about this activity, as shown by the many questions and the desire to participate in direct practice in making Eco enzymes. Salah satu isu yang paling mendesak adalah pengelolaan limbah yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Berkaitan dengan isu ini, maka telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul upaya pemanfaatan sampah kulit jeruk sebagai eco enzyme, yang merupakan salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sampah organik rumah tangga. Desa Kolok Nan Tuo adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki komoditas tanaman jeruk. Selama ini masyarakat belum mengenal cara pengelolaan sampah kulit jeruk, sehingga hanya menjadi limbah di lingkungan sekitarnya. Penggunaan enzim dalam proses pengolahan sampah organik telah banyak diteliti. eco enzyme, yaitu enzim yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai dampak limbah organik (sampah organik) yang tidak dikelola, manfaat dan keuntungan dari penggunaan eco enzyme, cara pembuatan eco enzyme serta praktik cara pembuatan eco enzyme dari limbah kulit buah jeruk. So far, economic life has followed a linear economic model: take, make, and waste. A linear economy causes an increase in garbage and decreased resources used continuously without control. The circular economy model is a new economic model that tries to improve the previous concept. The concept of a circular economy needs to be socialized to the public to raise awareness of protecting the environment so that the sustainability of the ecosystem can be maintained. Problems that arise in society due to a lack of concern for environmental sustainability include the increasing amount of plastic waste. Through the community service program (PKM), Trilogi University has conducted socialization of the circular economy concept for the community in Cicadas Village, Bogor. This activity aims to raise public awareness of the importance of implementing the circular economy concept in everyday life to reduce plastic waste in society and other social issues. The PKM method is carried out through several activities: exploring cooperation, preparing work plans (planning) and creating socialization materials, implementing activities (socialization and education), evaluation, and reflection. Most participants needed to learn about the circular economy and gain awareness of protecting the environment and managing plastic waste. Through this outreach activity, participants are starting to understand the circular economy concept and its application in everyday life. It can be seen from the participants' enthusiasm in answering every question given and by providing real-life examples. Apart from that, several questions asked by participants after participating in the socialization showed that the material provided was still remembered and understood by the participants. Overall, the objectives of the socialization activities can be achieved, and the activities run according to the expected plans and targets, namely providing education and raising public awareness to implement a circular economy in life to reduce plastic waste in society. For people who initially depended on offline markets, digital marketing has become inseparable from people's consumption patterns. Therefore, business actors, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), should use digital marketing optimally. To help business actors in digital marketing, digital marketing outreach and training activities are a form of community service (abdimas). Partners in this activity are MSMEs in Kalikejambon Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, East Java, consisting of MSMEs making salted eggs, mask artisans, frame artisans, and catfish breeders. Carrying out service activities applies the Community Based Research (CBR) method focusing on socialization and digital marketing training using social media Instagram and the GoFood and Shopee marketplaces. The activity results showed that the movement effectively increased participants' knowledge about digital marketing, features, and how to use social media, Instagram, and marketplaces (GoFood and Shopee) in digital marketing. With this training, MSME players are also helped in technical matters ranging from registration to marketplace management. This socialization and training also change MSME business patterns, namely that stores can be accessed every hour, and the promotional reach is wider at minimal costs. Masyarakat yang pada awalnya tergantung pada pasar offline, kini pemasaran secara digital telah menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari pola konsumsi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha, terutama pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) hendaknya memanfaatkan pemasaran digital secara optimal. It is due to land or forest degradation in the Ronggur Nihuta Village area. These problems form the basis for implementing a community service program based on research results by a team of lecturers and students from the Anthropology Education Study Program, at Medan State University. The method of service activities is carried out by socializing and assisting in tree planting and educating the public on the importance of tree planting. Tree seeds planted include red shoots (Syzygium oleana), mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla), laban/anti-api (Vitex pinnata), and suren/surian (Toona ciliata). The activity results in the formation of village community empowerment through social networks in collaborative activities between academics and the community. Tree planting activities are a form of action to improve and anticipate land and forest degradation in the Ronggur Nihuta village area to preserve the local community's economic, social, and cultural life. The impact of activities can be seen in the preservation of nature with the growth of lush trees to support the ecological resilience of the region. Hal ini dikarenakan terjadinya degradasi lahan (land degradation) atau degaradasi hutan di wilayah Desa Ronggur Nihuta. Permasalahan tersebut menjadikan dasar pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berbasis hasil penelitian oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Antropologi, Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan penanaman pohon serta mengedukasi masyarakat pentingnya penanaman pohon. Bibit pohon yang ditanam antara lain pucuk merah (Syzygium oleana), mahoni (Swietenia macrophylla), laban/anti api (Vitex pinnata), dan suren/surian (Toona ciliata). Hasil kegiatan yaitu terbentuknya pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui jaringan sosial dalam kegiatan kerja sama antara akademisi dengan masyarakat. P4S Intan is a training center for agricultural products, which is also a small business that produces various snacks from local potential. Based on the situation analysis, there needed to be material on the morphology and storage of salak in the training program. In addition, the packaging does not contain information on nutritional content. The purpose of this community service program is to increase knowledge about the morphology and storage of salak fruit and also to provide assistance with nutrient analysis. The method was conducted in an in-depth discussion until it compiled the morphology and storage of local salak suwaru. The ITKM Bachelor of Nutrition Science carried out nutritional content analysis assistance to complete information on the nutritional content of salak chips and salak dodol products. The results of this program can increase knowledge about the morphological aspects and storage of salak on the part of partners so that a handout can be used as additional material in the training program. The importance of including information on nutritional content on product packaging was also conveyed to partners. Berdasarkan analisis situasi didapatkan fakta belum ada materi morfologi dan penyimpanan salak dalam program pelatihan. Selain itu, pada kemasan belum tertera informasi kandungan gizi. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang morfologi dan penyimpanan salak, dan juga memberikan pendampingan analisis zat gizi. Metode dilakukan secara diskusi mendalam sampai tersusun materi morfologi dan penyimpanan salak lokal suwaru. Pendampingan analisis kandungan gizi dilakukan oleh S1 Ilmu Gizi ITKM untuk melengkapi informasi kandungan gizi pada produk keripik salak dan dodol salak. Hasil program ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang aspek morfologi dan penyimpanan salak pihak mitra, sampai tersusun suatu hand out yang dapat digunakan sebagai materi tambahan dalam program pelatihan. Pentingnya pencantuman informasi kandungan gizi pada kemasan produk juga disampaikan pada pihak mitra. Change of time is observed by ringing the school bell. The problems faced by the partners are the regulation of changing the allocation of time for each subject contained in the learning system, which still uses a manual bell so that the process of changing learning hours is not maximized, and the timeliness of the officers in ringing the bell to change class hours. Bell ringing is still done manually, so there are still obstacles in its application, including delays in ringing the bell. This activity aims to apply appropriate technology for automatic school bells using Arduino to discipline students. The problem-solving method in Community Partnership Program activities is through observation to analyze the situation and design a mechanical school bell based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The results obtained from this activity can reduce the obstacles encountered while using the manual bell so that the bell function can be increased effectively with this new system. The automatic bell system developed at SDN Rejosopinggir is a system-based Arduino Uno microcontroller where the system is equipped with various kinds of sounds that have been determined so that it is easy to operate the bell. This can be seen from students' responses during the learning process and the questionnaire results given to 20 grade 4 students at SDN Kedungrejo Megaluh. The result is an increase in students' memory of English vocabulary from their activity when given some questions to provoke their memory of the material being taught. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan oleh sivitas akademika Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah, Tambakberas, Jombang. Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk membuat minat dan antusiasme peserta didik menjadi meningkat, serta disertai dengan adanya peningkatan perbendaharaan kosa kata bahasa Inggrisnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam program PKM ini adalah Community Based Research (CBR). Berdasarkan hasil observasi serta implementasi yang dilakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan memudahkan guru-guru mengajarkan bahasa Inggris kepada peserta didiknya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari respon peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran dan hasil angket yang diberikan kepada 20 peserta didik kelas 4 SDN Kedungrejo Megaluh. Hasilnya adalah terlihat adanya peningkatan daya ingat peserta didik terhadap kosakata bahasa Inggris dari keaktifan mereka ketika diberikan beberapa pertanyaan dengan tujuan untuk memancing daya ingat mereka dari materi yang diajarkan. Bojong Sempu Village, Parung District, Bogor Regency, is a tofu production centre village with business actors included in the Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) criteria. One of the partners' problems is the need for a wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) for tofu liquid waste. This service informs tofu artisans about processing liquid waste by adsorbing activated charcoal from empty palm oil bunches (Arif-Takosa). The activities carried out in the implementation of community service are counselling, filling out pretest and post-test questionnaires for participants, submitting drums for processing tofu liquid waste, stainless steel pans, Arif-Takosa and monitoring liquid waste storage and tofu liquid waste disposal channels. The results achieved by counselling on making Arif-Takosa and processing tofu liquid waste increased the knowledge and understanding of tofu artisans about making Arif-Takosa and processing tofu liquid waste. We have seen this from the post-test after counselling. Each tofu artisan was given a drum and Arif-Takosa for processing tofu liquid waste at the factory. Salah satu permasalahan UMKM tahu ini sebagai mitra adalah belum ada Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) untuk limbah cair tahu. It has the responsibility to participate in conserving forest areas. The steep topography with an average slope of 50% (45ᵒ) is prone to flooding and landslides. Therefore, land management must consider soil and water conservation to meet people's food needs. The condition of the land and the people in Nyungcung village require assistance from the parties so that the community can obtain solutions to existing problems. UNB, together with partners in the village, namely the Rimba Lestari Farmers Group (KT Rimba Lestari), organized activities aimed at increasing community knowledge about terracing planting techniques and coffee cultivation, assisting in the provision of seeds and coffee seeds to build Village Forests in Malasari Village; assisting in the process of planting coffee plant seeds and providing infrastructure for coffee plant agroforestry activities for KT Rimba Lestari. This PKM activity includes three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation and monitoring stage.
