This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the horizontally mass distribution of shear walls and high-rise buildings’ drift. The model analyzed was a rectangular building with 40 floors of 20 m x 20 m. The model consists of 4 variations, namely G1, G2, G3, and G4 models. The analysis was carried out based on SNI - 1726 - 2019 regarding The Procedures of Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures and using SAP 2000 software. The analysis results revealed that horizontal shear wall mass distribution influences the structural deviation due to earthquake loads. It makes Indonesia situated in a region with a high earthquake intensity. The study aimed to determine the seismic performance levels of building structures with conventional slabs, waffle slabs, and flat slabs with the time history analysis method. There are three models of structures studied, namely building structures with conventional plates, building structures with waffle slabs, and building structures with flat slabs, with a 5-story structure system, where the longest and shortest span has the same size of 20 m and the height of each level 4 m. This study showed the largest displacement was 235.82 mm in building structures with waffle slabs and the smallest displacement was 146.49 mm in building structures with flat slabs. The largest drift is 0.012 on a building structure with a waffle slab, and the smallest drift is 0.007 on a building structure with a flat slab. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of 30 small dams built in Kupang Regency through three aspects, namely physical aspects, utilization aspects, and operation and maintenance aspects. The method used is the Survey Method, Descriptive Analysis and the Likert Scale Method. The results showed that the performance of the small dam's physical aspects in Kupang Regency was in bad condition, with a bad percentage value of 73.23%. The minor dam utilization aspects in Kupang Regency were in good condition with a good percentage value of 55.75%. The operation and maintenance aspects of the small dam in Kupang Regency were in bad condition, with a bad percentage value of 63.74%. It causes some rivers to be drought-prone in the dry season. This study aims to determine the largest drought index and map the drought distribution in the South Central Timor (TTS) Regency. The drought index analysis uses the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) Method. The data used is monthly rainfall data for ten years (2009-2018) of ten rain stations. Then, mapping of drought distribution rainfall using ArcGIS Software. The results of the drought index analysis showed that in the 1-month deficit period, the largest drought index was -3.61, which occurred in March 2014 at the Oeekam Rain Station. In the 3-month deficit period, the largest drought index was -3.19, which occurred in March 2010 at the Nulle Rain Station and in November 2015 at the Kesetnana Rain Station. The findings of the drought distribution map study suggest that during the 1-month shortfall period, all sub-districts experienced drought in January, February, and April. This study develops MATLAB to produce an application program for analyzing and modeling numerical data based on the matrix concept. The method used is the finite difference method which is a numerical approach method based on partial differential equations. This application program was developed by calculating the deflection, moment, and stress, which are displayed in the form of contour. This program was designed with the equations entered into the coding for each of the existing models. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the mass participation of the structure, structure capacity, and performance levels. The analysis was carried out based on the spectral response, pushover, and FEMA-356 methods. In anticipation of the damage, the design of earthquake-resistant structures has become essential in structural design, especially in the bridge structure design. The bridge samples in this study were type I prestressed concrete bridges with a length of 37 m and a width of 4 m using ten variations of girders located at the Temef Dam. The results obtained are the most critical structural conditions occur in the transverse direction. The base shear maximum capacity is more significant in the longitudinal direction than in the transversal direction. The maximum displacement capacity is higher in the transversal direction than in the longitudinal direction. The effect of cross-sectional area and cross-sectional inertia of the beam girder on the structural’s capacity is the greater the cross-sectional area and inertia of the beam girder, the greater the capacity of the structures. Unit price analysis use SNI (Standart Nasional Indonesia) method. From the analysis results, the calculated cost and budget ceiling are different. According to field observation, the average budget ceiling is Rp 116,000,000.00, higher than the computed cost of Rp 105,900,000.00. However, according to field observation, the standard deviation of estimation calculation is Rp 46,400,000.00, and the budget is Rp 15,700,000.00. The type of multistories building technology that develop in the world of construction is very diverse, this development is can not be separated from the anticipation of the various of loading conditions. \u0000Based on that facts, the research of the use of lintel beams in 2 stories infilled frame buildings is conducted. The analysis can be done by using SAP2000 software. The structure model analyzed by comparing the structure responses between the building that use the lintel beams system and the other one is the building that don’t use that system, where as the idealized loading is same. \u0000The result of the analysis obtained by using the lintel beams system the value of maximum x and y axis base shear respectively are 344,088 KN and 363,001 KN, the maximum column moment is occurred in column 84 with the value is 99,58 kNm, and the maximum x axis lateral drift is occurred in joint 128 with the value is 0.000401 m, while the y axis is occurred in joint 105, 128 with the value is 0,000533 m. The analysis result that obtained for the building that don’t use the lintel beam system, the x and y axis maximum base shear value respectively is 336,425 KN and 354,539 KN, the maximum column moment occurs in column 84 is 98,98 kNm, and the x axis maximum drift lateral occurs in joint 128 with value is 0,000406, while the y axis maximum lateral drift occurs in joint 105, 128 with value is 0,000532. In this study, the authors performed peak discharge calculation using measured calculation model and calculate. Measured calculations using discharge’s curve and calculated by using hydrographic method of synthetic unit namely Nakayasu.
