This research is to study urban project finances held without proper planning, and the research sample is nine urban. The research method compares the budget available and the estimation calculation based on field observation according to field observation. Unit price analysis use SNI (Standart Nasional Indonesia) method. From the analysis results, the calculated cost and budget ceiling are different. According to field observation, the average budget ceiling is Rp 116,000,000.00, higher than the computed cost of Rp 105,900,000.00. However, according to field observation, the standard deviation of estimation calculation is Rp 46,400,000.00, and the budget is Rp 15,700,000.00. 摘要
数量估算和财务项目是必要的技术计算。本研究的目的是研究城市项目融资缺乏合理规划的问题,研究样本为9个城市。研究方法是根据现场观测,将现有预算与基于现场观测的估算计算进行比较。单价分析采用SNI (standard Nasional Indonesia)方法。从分析结果来看,计算出的成本和预算上限是不同的。根据实地观察,平均预算上限为116,000,000.00卢比,高于计算成本105,900,000.00卢比。但根据现场观察,估算计算的标准差为46,400,000.00 Rp,预算为15,700,000.00 Rp。这件事说明城市基础设施工程的质量参差不齐。
