An experimental study of an interference resistance in digital communication is performed using a novel bispectrum-based strategy. Test statistics evaluated in the form of peak values of magnitude bispectrum estimates are proposed for triplet-signals discrimination. Bit error rates assessed experimentally in a radio communication link contaminated by additive Gaussian noise and fading are studied within a wide range of input signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). It is shown that the pulse envelope moves in the times-patial coordinates on the surface of a cylinder, the parabolic one for the pulse in the form of Airy function and for the hyperbolic one for Gaussian. Using the proposed model allows taking into account the technological features of the LTE downlink (splitting the resource blocks into subsets, allocation of RB of only one subset to user equipment), as well as territorial remoteness of user equipment (type of modulation system and coding). During the analysis it was found that use of the proposed model is aimed at providing each user equipment with quality of service according to the bandwidth in the downlink with the possibility of access to additional (unguaranteed) bandwidth. This article presents the results of investigations, tubers processing methods and estimation of the used EMF parameters. Possible approaches are discussed to the mathematical modeling of treatment of dielectric materials, to which the potato sprouts and tubers should be attributed. The procedure of these investigations was as follows: specified groups of samples of potato tubers, before vemalization in light and subsequent germination or planting in the ground, were treated with EMF of EHF with a wavelength of 7.1 mm, low intensity - no more than 1mW/sm2. The synamic range of the measured signals is at least 80 dB. The use of fairly strong signals for excitation of radiating antenna extends the power budget by 40 dB else. The absence of reflections from interfering objects in the test signal enabled us to utilize the entire dynamic range.
