Therefore, it is increasingly critical to complete the whole traffic data. To make full use of hidden spatial-temporal structures of the Internet traffic data, we extend to traffic matrix (user, server) to a three-way tensor (user, server, time). This paper proposed a novel algorithm to recover the missing data, named TSVT (Tucker decomposition and tensor singular value thresholding). We exploit the proposed the Tucker decomposition and low rank tensor completion (LRTC). Based on LRTC, we extend the known singular value thresholding (SVT) to the tensor case, and combine Tucker decomposition to optimize the performance of the algorithm. Based on Internet traffic data, we model two different tensors, and apply our TSVT to infer the unobserved data of the traffic. Furthermore, we apply TSVT algorithm to our Internet data. Numerical experiments on Synthetic data verify our method and the application for completing DPI traffic data proves the effectiveness of the method.","PeriodicalId":283197,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Telecommunications and Communication Engineering","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114307062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we utilize network footprint data (NFP) which consists of DPI data from ISPs and Crawler data from Web for analyzing the users' behavior. We construct three matrices including (user-app connections matrix, app-time correlations matrix, app-time users matrix) based on the processed NFP data, and apply co-clustering on the matrices. Through analyzing the co-clustering's results in detail, we find many interesting relations among user, app, and time. The positive and negative amplitudes of DCO-OFDM are separately processed with a different linear companding transform under the emission power conservation criteria. The transfer characteristic of a commercial light-emitting diodes (LEDs) is also employed to illustrate this PAPR reduction technique's effect. A modified finite element analysis (FEA) method is used to explore the interconnect reliability and thermal reliability for this PA. The heat dissipation of interconnect and transistor has been considered simultaneously in this model based on the atomic flux divergence (AFD) theory. The reliability evaluation is presented accurately with the temperature distribution and AFD distribution. Thus, the weakest spot of the model can be identified. This kind of reliability evaluation method can be applied easily for other conventional ICs and provide valuable guidance for PA reliability design.","PeriodicalId":283197,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Telecommunications and Communication Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131115864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The antenna uses a Wilkinson power divider with 90° phase difference to feed a pair of orthogonally placed H-shaped slots to achieve broadband circular polarization. By loading a partially enclosed folded conducting wall which is contact with the ground plane and perpendicular to the dielectric substrate of microstrip antenna, broad beamwidth is achieved, thereby improving the gain at low elevation. The proposed antenna is fabricated and measured. The measurement results show that the gain of the antenna with the folded conducting wall at 20° elevation is at least 4.47dBi higher than the antenna without the folded conducting wall at the central frequency. The impedance bandwidth for |S11|< -10dB is 34.4%(1.76-2.52GHz).","PeriodicalId":283197,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Telecommunications and Communication Engineering","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125708802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main scheme of current engineering application environment is vector impedance detection. This scheme is widely used because it has the advantages of high accuracy and wide range of measurable frequencies based on vector network and transmission line theory. However, the original vector impedance detection scheme has extremely high requirements on the performance of the circuit, and the system error in the high-frequency environment is difficult to restrain by calibration. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a scheme based on Integrated Learning. The program builds a supervised machine learning model to suppress system errors through the data acquisition of standard devices thus improve the accuracy of impedance inspection The test results show that the impedance detection scheme based on Integrated Learning improves the accuracy significantly compared to the original vector impedance detection method.","PeriodicalId":283197,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Telecommunications and Communication Engineering","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124085500","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the infinite length of intersymbol interference (ISI) introduced by FTN technology not only challenges the equalization of FTN signaling (FTNS), but also makes it difficult to synchronize the FTNS. Traditional carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimation methods will deteriorate in terms of threshold and accuracy. In order to overcome this difficulty, we propose an adaptive Kalman filter to further estimate the CFO of the FTNS after blind estimation using the traditional algorithm. Compared with the estimation without Kalman filter, the estimation after Kalman filter is more stable and accurate. And the adaptive Kalman filter has better performance in both anti-outliers and dynamic performance of the system, compared with Kalman filter.","PeriodicalId":283197,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Telecommunications and Communication Engineering","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128759204","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
