In recent years, with the advent of economic globalization and the information age, China has also become an important market. China’s economy is thriving and constantly advancing in the face of opportunities and challenges. To survive, Chinese enterprises must adapt to the fierce competition in national markets. In enterprise assets, brand, as an intangible asset, plays a very important role, representing not only the overall competitiveness of the enterprise, but also the competitiveness of the entire country. In the current market environment, a brand is a collection of product attributes. It can not only enhance the value of a product or service, make the total price of the product or service exceed the functional value of the product or service, promote sales and pricing, but also guide the strategic goals of the enterprise and determine the direction of its activities. In addition, it is also an important resource that can capture the minds, emotions, and loyalty of customers, and is a key factor in improving company performance. This paper discusses the application of brand value in enterprise strategic decision-making, and verifies that brand value can bring huge benefits through experiments (the brand value of China Commodity City is 11.9 billion yuan).","PeriodicalId":282196,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Business & Management","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135749001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Transportation facilities are the bridge of trade between the two sides. However, due to the differences in system, economy, transportation conditions and development stages, the railway facilities in the region are relatively old and backward. It is urgent to build a dense railway network connecting the domestic and overseas with external forces. Based on the advantages of political relations, economic aspects, technological advantages, location advantages and risk aversion, China can apply new transportation technologies and promote the economic development of the ASEAN region. Based on this analysis, the article suggests that the government should strengthen the construction of logistics facilities, optimize the business environment, and improve the efficiency of new land-sea routes.","PeriodicalId":282196,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Business & Management","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135749004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Technological innovation and digital transformation have brought huge opportunities and challenges to both enterprises and society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the legality, transparency and security of enterprises in the process of data collection, analysis and sharing, as well as the ethical principles and data quality considerations they follow. This study adopts descriptive statistical analysis methods and draws the following conclusions: although enterprises invest more in innovation achievements, ethical principles and data sharing, they pay relatively less attention to data privacy protection. However, protecting user privacy and data security is an important aspect for companies to fulfill their social responsibilities. Therefore, companies should comprehensively consider innovation, ethics, data sharing and data privacy protection to build trust, reduce bias and inequality, and contribute to sustainable development. This will help enterprises achieve better results in technological innovation and digital transformation, and at the same time bring more benefits to society.","PeriodicalId":282196,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Business & Management","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135749010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results show that digital finance can effectively alleviate the financing constraints of small, medium and micro enterprises; Digital finance has a positive spillover effect on financing constraints and equity financing constraints. Enterprise innovation is an important channel for digital finance to influence overall financing constraints. The intervention of spatial effect will weaken the intermediary effect and excessive innovation investment will have a negative impact on corporate financing. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a long-term digital ecological model to support the development of inclusive finance and break down the barriers of digital economy.","PeriodicalId":282196,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Business & Management","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135749637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article is based on existing research in the academic community, combined with theories such as endogenous growth and externalities, as well as the characteristics and laws of the digital economy, and proposes research hypotheses. Subsequently, panel data from 29 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020 were selected for empirical research on research hypotheses. The entropy method and the unexpected super efficiency SBM model were used to calculate the digital economy and ecological efficiency, mainly analyzing the impact of the digital economy on the improvement of ecological efficiency. In terms of robustness testing, by replacing explanatory variables, excluding municipalities directly under the central government, and selecting instrumental variables, through empirical analysis, this article concludes that the digital economy has an improvement effect on ecological efficiency.","PeriodicalId":282196,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Business & Management","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135508652","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among them, western China is a strategic hinterland that can balance the development of land and sea power trade domestically, and can utilize the Chengdu Europe express railway to develop the transportation industry in western China. However, there are many problems in the operation of the Chengdu Europe Express Railway, such as chaotic supply organization and fierce competition among supply organizations. In this paper, the grey prediction model is used to predict the freight volume of the Chengdu Europe Express Railway, and the necessity of optimizing the freight source organization of the Chengdu Europe Express Railway is obtained. The fuzzy cluster analysis method is used to select alternative distribution centers for 20 cities and states in Sichuan (except Chengdu), and the principal component analysis method and Gravity model are used to obtain the establishment plan of the distribution center of the freight source, so as to design a freight source organization plan with a more development trend of the Chengdu Europe Express Railway.","PeriodicalId":282196,"journal":{"name":"Academic Journal of Business & Management","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135156317","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Listed companies can create a huge amount of goodwill with the help of high premium mergers and acquisitions, and in order to achieve the goal of positive earnings management, they may intentionally choose to delay the provision of goodwill impairment. On the other hand, goodwill impairment may also become a means for management to carry out negative earnings management, especially in the case of poor short-term business performance and decline in performance, but the overall sustainable profitability has not been changed. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt appropriate methods and models to determine whether an enterprise has earnings management behavior under different circumstances [1]. Based on this, through the in-depth analysis of the relevant financial data of Century Huatong Company, the accrual profit separation method is used to identify the degree of earnings management, and the obvious earnings management motivation is revealed in the formation of goodwill and the timing of goodwill accrual.
