In this article, orthogonal polynomial based iterative schemes are developed for the approximate solutions of nonlinear algebraic and transcendental equations. Basically, Mamadu-Njoseh orthogonal polynomials are employed as basis functions to derive the new iterative schemes called the “Mamadu (Delta) 2 and (Delta) 3 iterative schemes”. Convergence analysis of the schemes shows the convergence rate as of order 3 and 4, respectively. The paper examined the perception of pre-service mathematics teachers’ cognitive needs via the lens of Maslow theory of needs. The research design employed was the mixed methods approach specifically sequential explanation mixed methods design. The population for this study was pre-service mathematics teachers at the University of Education, Winneba of Ghana. The purposive sampling technique was employed to select Level 300 pre-service mathematics teachers. Level 300 students were 183. The simple random sampling technique was used in selecting 125 respondents for the study. Questionnaire and interview protocol were used as instruments to collect data. Data collected through the questionnaire were analysed quantitatively and the interview data collected were analysed qualitatively. Results showed that the cognitive needs of the pre-service mathematics teachers have been met to a very large extent. Youth are distinct from previous generations in their attitudes, behaviors, and personalities, and retaining them requires a distinct management strategy. This study aims to provide decision-makers with a more effective and efficient instrument for evaluating the types of career management activities contributing to the retention of SK Chairpersons. This study uses a spherical fuzzy analytic hierarchy-based approach to examine factors and activities according to their importance. It was conducted at Talakag, Bukidnon, participated by the SK Federation with twenty-nine (29) SK Chairpersons. The results indicate that \"leadership and Management\" is the most important factor, that \"supportive leadership\" has a significant impact on their retention, and that \"development-oriented career management activities\" have the greatest influence on increasing the retention of SK Chairpersons. The research paper specifically investigates the case of a single vertical fin attached to the lower heated wall of the enclosure. The lower wall is maintained at a constant cold temperature, while the upper wall is kept cold, and the wavy walls are assumed to be constant heated temperature. The top wall lid moves left to right and bottom wall lid moves right to left with constant velocity.  Additionally, a magnetic field of certain strength is applied parallel to the x-axis. The flow inside the enclosure is characterized by a Prandtl number of 0.71. The results are presented through various graphical representations, such as streamlines, isotherms, velocity and temperature distributions, as well as the local Nusselt number. The researchers conducted a parametric study to examine the impact of the Richardson number on the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics within the enclosure. The findings indicate that as the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics within the enclosure. The findings indicate that as the Hartmann number increases (while keeping the Hartmann number constant) the heat transfer rate is enhanced. The pension fund manager (PFM) aims to maximize the expected terminal utility of wealth in a complete market setting under constant relative risk aversion (CRRA). The goal of the PFM is to maintain the standard of living of the participants after retirement. We derive the HJB equation associated with the control problem and finally established the close form solution using stochastic dynamic programming principle (SDPP). In this paper, we study the binary block code generated by an arbitrary JU-algebra and investigate some of its properties. For this intent, we introduce the notion of a JU function (phi) on a nonempty set P into a JU-algebra X, and by using that concept, j-functions and j-subsets of P for an arbitrary element j on a JU-algebra X are investigated. Furthermore, we define a new order on the generated code C based on the JU-algebra X, and show that every finite JU-algebra with its order and the corresponding generated code C with the defined order have the same structures. By analyzing some of Newton’s representative mathematical contents, we found that: Newton used the thought of mathematical mechanization in his mathematics. Newton applied the thought of mathematical mechanization to the study not only of calculus but of arithmetic, algebra, polynomials, higher-order equation, geometry, series, differential equation, etc. Newton’s application of this thought in traditional mathematics is very similar to that of ancient Chinese mathematicians. While in modern mathematics, his procedures are briefer, faster, and more comprehensive than that of other mathematicians at that time. Newton’s wide application of the thought of mathematical mechanization strongly promoted the development of Western mathematics.
