E-filing is believed to be an important pillar in tax reform since it will be very useful in offering more comprehensive, easy-to-use, simple, fast, effective, and efficient tax reporting services. Hence, the purpose of this study is to explore the e-Filing system using the DeLone and McLean's Information System Success Model. The respondents are taxpayers in Jakarta who have used e-Filing. Samples obtained from online questionnaires were 203 taxpayers. The data were analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results show that information quality has a positive and significant effect on the use and satisfaction of taxpayers. Other quality constructs - system quality and service quality – also have positive and significant effects on taxpayers’ satisfaction. Furthermore, use and user satisfaction affect net benefits positively and significantly. These findings indicate that the success of e-Filing can provide relevant, useful, and accurate information for tax reporting, provides security guarantees for taxpayers, and is easy to use for tax reporting purposes, which results in net benefits for taxpayers.","PeriodicalId":281300,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 5th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114252795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has driven companies to digitalise as well as automate their operations and introduce Decision-Support Systems (DSSs) into their planning, towards the paradigm of smart manufacturing. However, prior to the transformation, companies must meticulously plan and quantify the productivity gains with accurate, data-driven projection to justify the return of investment. Specifically, to evlauate the (re-)layout feasibility of newly acquired and existing production resources and to make throughput estimates. In this paper, a flexible placement method that translates the approximate locations provided by existing layout planning algorithm to exact production floor locations is proposed. Unlike current placement methods, it considers both new and existing production resources that cannot be relocated. In the area of capacity planning, a modelling approach that projects the production volume increment in smart manufacturing operations is proposed. It utilises passive data objects and active agents to accurately represent the production status and distributed decision-making in DSSs respectively. Both proposed approaches have also been validated in a smart manufacturing environment, whereby a production floor layout was planned and minimal operating hours was computed based on the given production target.","PeriodicalId":281300,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 5th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134172627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been developed in two versions: SAMSoc adopting the socket communication and SAMSTM adopting the software transactional memory (STM). However, both versions of SAM do not always guarantee the best performance due to the overhead of synchronization. Therefore we have to select a specific version of SAMs to promote the performance depending on the number of cores available in the running environment. In this paper, we propose SAMShm, a new version of SAM, which shows good performance under any number of cores. SAMShm reduces the overhead of socket communication and garbage collection using the message channel based on shared memory. According to the performance test on the 72-core machine, the scalability of SAMShm is improved by 52% points over SAMSoc and 295% points over SAMSTM.","PeriodicalId":281300,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 5th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131031944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, companies need to look beyond the hype and recognize the opportunities and threats arising from Industry 4.0 and define target images that chart the way forward into the new world. For this reason, a methodical approach is required that efficiently guides a company through the identification of new technological opportunities for its intralogistics and additionally takes into account relevant information to increase people's acceptance. Therefore, the aim of this work is to develop a standardized method that provides a guideline for the design of a company-specific technology vision for intralogistics. Techniques of technology management are used and extended with a focus on a company-specific application in intralogistics. The method is applied to the logistics of a commercial vehicle manufacturer and expert surveys are used for an iterative optimization. Conventional approaches to strategic technology management are thus extended and a process-specific application view in intralogistics is made possible.","PeriodicalId":281300,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 5th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"638 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122952473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

IT is not only facilitating services to customers, but also as the main backbone to drive business and management in an organization. A lot of IT projects were established to solve problems or improve business problems with IT. The urgency to quickly execute IT projects within a short time made some organizations have to consider changing their development methods from predictive (waterfall) to adaptive (agile). However, transforming to agile in public sector, especially a convoluted hierarchical organization like government, was not as easy as less bureaucratic ones. A layered bureaucracy could hinder the application of agile methods. This study was conducted to summarize challenges of agile transformation in a bureaucratic government and its solutions. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was applied as the main method of this research. There were 14 relevant papers from the past 5 years identified from six databases resulting in 20 challenges grouped into 4 categories using TOEI (technology-organization-environment-individual) framework. Several solutions to each challenge were mapped as a recommendation for other bureaucratic governments before transforming to agile. The findings can also be used for future research exploration of agile transformation challenges in other organization types.","PeriodicalId":281300,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2022 5th International Conference on Computers in Management and Business","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117099071","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
