Cooperation itself saturates the educational process with mutual orientation, joy of knowledge, success, mutual respect and mutual understanding as manifestations of tolerance. Education of tolerant relationships belongs to the field of formation of social communications. Their indicators are: the ability to take responsibility and control their own actions; the ability to express an adequate emotional response to events; desire to understand other people on the basis of mastering information [2, p. 16]. The attitude to interaction develops in each child as a quality of his/her personality. The teacher consolidates the relationship with children by educating them in the skills of cooperation, creating situations in the classroom and practicing cooperation in the learning process. Tolerant interaction of primary school teachers with students is most evident in the process of building dialogue, cooperation and guardianship. The main function of dialogic interaction is to stimulate the individual's ability to self-development and self-realization, as well as the development of creative potential with a focus on individual abilities, experience, character and level of needs. Peculiarities of educational dialogue as a type of tolerant interaction are: equality of positions of student and teacher; absence of assessment, full acceptance of the student as he/she is; special emotional color of communication; sincerity and naturalness in the expression of emotions. This characteristic of dialogic interaction is the foundation of tolerance and tolerant beliefs [5, p. 111]. In the process of dialogue there is a development of independence and critical thinking, initiative and students’ own position, the desire to discuss and solve the problem posed for them. A dialogue teaches students to think, reason, compare, analyze and synthesize the information obtained. Particular attention should be paid to the dialogical position of the teacher: tolerant attitude to different views of students, willingness to take mutually exclusive views on the problem and find a collegial solution of it based on the evidence and argumentation of the positions of dialogue participants [3, p. 45].","PeriodicalId":281146,"journal":{"name":"Development of Modern Science Under Global Changes","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126027724","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Experienced translators will emphasize that for successful learning to read, understand and adequately translate non-fiction, textbooks and textbooks are urgently needed to facilitate better learning of both lexical and grammatical features of a foreign language. In addition to translation, one of the most important skills is not only the ability to analyze the various elements of the text and correctly translate foreign scientific and technical literature, but also to «instill» the skills of annotating and abstracting texts. Translation Science and Translation Theory is one of the youngest linguistics sciences. Translation theory, as a linguistic science, relies on linguistic regularities that are inherent in any translation process. The translation of scientific and technical literature, which is distinguished by the scientific style and style of official documents, often requires a special analysis of the text, the study of the laws of the language of science and technology. All this also leads to the need to master the technique of adequate translation. The concept of «translation technique» boils down to the ability to find sound solutions in a complex problematic situation. Translation of scientific and technical literature is an honorable place among other types of translation. The translation process is a kind of linguistic activity that aims at the most complete reproduction of the content and form of a foreign language text [1, p. 12].","PeriodicalId":281146,"journal":{"name":"Development of Modern Science Under Global Changes","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133273190","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The basic rules for foreign trade in services are set in the World Trade Organization General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS). Unlike trade in goods, where the role of intermediaries is quite high, trade in services is generally based on direct economic relations between producer and consumer. Production and consumption of services usually occurs simultaneously, since services can’t be stored as goods. Export of services occurs when a resident of one country provides services to individual or company from another country, e.g.: local universities provide special scholarships for international students. Unlike goods, services never cross any physical boundaries. Each industry has its own type of services, e.g: transportation services, construction services, financial services, insurance services, etc. According to State Statistics Service of Ukraine, Ukraine’s trade balance in services increased continuously and reached 8.7 bln USD in 2019 (50.3% increase compared to 2016). In 2019, the biggest partners of Ukraine in trade in services were European Union and Russian Federation (Table 1). Ukraine has also significantly increased trade with USA, Switzerland, Germany and Turkey (Tables 1-4). Russian Federation remains the largest importer of Ukrainian services. The main trigger of trade growth between Ukraine and EU is Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) applied by both parties since 1 January 2016, which means that parties will mutually open their markets for goods and services based on predictable and enforceable trade rules (Tables 2, 3). According to National Bank of Ukraine, Ukraine’s shift to EU markets led to loss of Russia’s position as Ukraine's largest trading partner among individual countries for the first time in both trade in goods and services in 2019 [1]. At the beginning of 2019, the general trade turnover between Ukraine and Russia dropped to 9.7% of Ukraine’s total trade turnover (11.5% in 2018) and continued to fall: -36.3% in 2019 compared to 2018 (Tables 1, 3). On the contrary, exports of Ukrainian services to EU and USA were growing steadily (Table 3).","PeriodicalId":281146,"journal":{"name":"Development of Modern Science Under Global Changes","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124942515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
