One of the obstacles is the lack of public knowledge and trust due to negative issues surrounding booster vaccination. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the willingness of the community in Jambangan Village, Surabaya City, to receive the Covid-19 booster vaccination. The design of this study was correlational research, and the data collection method used was cross-sectional. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, with a total of 61 respondents. Data management was conducted using the SPSS application, and the Spearman Rank Correlation Test was performed. The study's results indicated that the majority of respondents (68.8%) had a good level of knowledge. Moreover, most people in Jambangan village (63.9%) were willing to receive the booster vaccine. Data analysis revealed a significant correlation (p-value: 0.001) with OR: 171 and a 95% CI: 18.8 – 1641.9. The performance of cadres is a factor in the success of posyandu, with high motivation in posyandu activities so as to improve the performance of posyandu cadres. From the database used, namely Google Scholar, 5 journals were found. The 5 journals used an analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach published between 2016-2020. The inclusion criteria used were respondents with posyandu cadres. In addition, it is also seen from the completeness of the text, title, abstract, and methodology assessed for the feasibility of the study.Researchers found 5 journals that met the inclusion criteria. The results of these 5 journals show that there is a relationship between motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres. This literature review shows that the motivation and performance of cadres affect the implementation of posyandu.Based on the results of a literature search, it shows that there is a relationship between motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres. By using the keywords ((Yoga) AND (Hypertension) AND Elderly) in the google scholar and portal garuda databases. 6 articles were selected using JBI Critical Appraisal tools. Articles were taken from a reputable database, i.e. 1 article was taken from the garuda portal data base, while 5 articles were taken from the Google Schoolar data base. The selection was taken by taking into account the PICO framework, article 6 Test Wilcoxon Test. There is a difference in blood pressure before and after doing yoga exercises for the elderly with hypertension with a value (p value = 0.000) < from the standard significant (α = 0.05). Giving yoga exercise therapy is recommended to be done in elderly people with hypertension because there is a decrease after the action, but from several studies there are differences of opinion between one researcher and other researchers regarding the results of yoga exercise on hypertension which discuss yoga exercise is not effective for lowering blood pressure in hypertension. So that further researchers can develop non-pharmacological treatment for hypertension to lower blood pressure with other alternatives to be combined, such as using other combination therapies to be more effective in lowering blood pressure in hypertension.","PeriodicalId":280223,"journal":{"name":"Hospital Majapahit (JURNAL ILMIAH KESEHATAN POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN MAJAPAHIT MOJOKERTO)","volume":"108 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127961469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
