By examining the capital and musical concepts of the underground music scene, it is possible to elaborate and explain the collapse of the regime. So that it raises a reaction to freedom in voicing certain class ideologies. The role of music was finally able to represent the voices of the politicized or oppressed people overpowering, one of which occurred in the New Order. Underground music emerged as a cultural capital which Bourdieu called an artifact in dissecting the problems of the social field. The purpose of this research is to uncover the cultural capital possessed by Underground Music which creates views that open the minds and hearts of representatives of certain classes. This research is carried out by reviewing literature, musicology, and historical records of Underground music, which will be presented and dialogued with the concept of Modal theory from Bourdieu and popular music analysis from David Machin. This research tries to answer the image anxiety that emerges from the dark and loud Underground Music Scene but instead has a sacred context in the development of the socio-cultural situation in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":279934,"journal":{"name":"Jomantara: Indonesian Journal of Art and Culture","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122290475","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Investigators conducted investigative interviews to obtain information from witnesses and suspects, which led to the suspect's confession. The investigator asked several questions to the examinee regarding the criminal act. The data analysis method was carried out by eliminating the answers being examined and focusing on the questions given by the investigator to be classified based on the seven elicit functions of the speech act of asking questions described by Tsui (2002). It was found that the elicit function in the investigator's question was the function of seeking information (appearing 119 times), repeat function (appear 50 times), clarifying function (appear 47 times), confirm function (appear 43 times), and approve function (appear 11 times). The elicit function that occurred the most from the questions submitted by investigators was the function of seeking information, which was 119 times out of 270 questions. The issue of their identity and position triggers to many discriminatory actions toward them. The purpose of this study is to analyze hate speech against Chinese ethnic group expressed in Indonesian social media which has officially evaluated as a legal offense by the authorities. The theories of speech acts from Austin (1962) and Searle (1969) for a forensic linguistic study are employed to examine the hate speech as utterances and evaluate them in the context of Indonesian legal regulations. The data were obtained from Direktori Putusan Mahkamah Agung from 2019 - 2021. The results of the analysis reveal that hate speech portrays hurtful feelings and harmful attitudes. It is reflected by malice (expressive speech act), insult, or accuse (assertive speech act), persuasions so that others commit crimes (directive speech act), and crime plans in the future (commissive speech act). Then, there are ten forms of pejorative labels for the Chinese ethnic group. Race-based hate speeches expressed in the online media are prohibited according to Article 28 paragraph (2) of The ITE Law Article Number 19 of 2016. With the adventures carried out, he describes how the actors are afflicted with psychological, spiritual, ideas, and ready to be swallowed by termites so that it becomes pathetic. It not only inherited tangible cultural wealth but also intangible. However, in the midst of an increasingly advanced civilization, now the Sundanese cultural heritage has changed its existence. Functionally many spiritual traditional cultural products have been replaced by commercial-modern products. This phenomenon can be studied from the social changes that occured in the Kampung Naga in Tasikmalaya regencies, which on the one hand still maintains its traditional values, on the other hand this traditional village has undergone many changes. This study intends to determine the existence of Sundanese cultural products, as well as products of a national, Indonesian culture in general from the influence of the development of modernism. In addition, by examining the phenomenon of community life in the traditional village of Kampung Naga, it is hoped that the indicators that cause these changes will be known. All objects of this study will be investigated using the qualitative-interpretive methods. This study uses cultural theory, Social Change theory, and semiotic theory as the main reference literature. The data sources used are main (primary) data and secondary data. The main data was obtained directly through interviews with the people of Kampung Naga. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from written sources such as: books from previous research, scientific journals, personal documents, photos, statistics, audio and video recordings. Therefore, starting from these initial observations, at least the root cause of social change in Kampung Naga can be described, and its cannot be separated from both internal and external factors behind it, for example: 1) The influence of global modernization, 2) The influence of modernization brought by the people of Kampung Naga who live outside the Traditional Village, 3) The adaptive attitude of the Kampung Naga people living in the Traditional Village. 4) Economic demands and community welfare.
