Rosyjskojęzyczna literatura przedmiotu wymienia najczęściej sześć rodzajów grup przestępczych: od prostej zorganizowanej grupy przestępczej przez grupę strukturalną, zorganizowaną grupę przestępczą, formację gangsterską, organizację przestępczą aż po współpracę tzw. worów w zakonie (najwyższych autorytetów w rosyjskim świecie przestępczym) jako szczególnej formy stowarzyszenia niemającej odpowiednika na świecie oraz charakterystycznej wyłącznie dla Rosji i krajów Wspólnoty Niepodległych Państw. Ponadto w tekście zwrócono uwagę na elastyczność w hierarchicznej strukturze i podział pracy w ramach zorganizowanej grupy przestępczej, który jest uzależniony od cech charakterystycznych zorganizowanych grup przestępczych i różnych umiejętności jej członków. Za główny cel artykuł przyjmuje prezentację wyników\u0000tzw. badań efektywności doskonalenia zawodowego oraz badań sondażowych przeprowadzonych wśród absolwentów szkolenia w zakresie kierowania pojazdami uprzywilejowanymi — zarówno funkcjonariuszy Policji, jak i żołnierzy Żandarmerii Wojskowej, którzy przedmiotowe szkolenie odbyli w Wyższej Szkole Policji w Szczytnie w latach 2018–2020. Ocenie bezpośrednio po zakończeniu szkoleń poddano zagadnienia takie jak: program kursu, zakres zdobytych podczas kursu wiedzy i umiejętności praktycznych, jak również ogólny poziom zadowolenia respondentów z uczestnictwa w szkoleniu. Wykładnia ww. pojęć rozpatrywana jest w kontekście służb mundurowych resortu spraw wewnętrznych. W ocenie autora, w aktualnym porządku prawnym istniejąca zależność wskazanych w artykule podmiotów w zakresie nadzoru oraz podległości wobec ministra właściwego do spraw wewnętrznych, jest zbyt mało czytelna i może rodzić trudności w jej prawidłowym postrzeganiu. Autor zwraca uwagę na fakt, że problematyka, o której mowa, co do zasady była eksponowana, ale w obszarze dotyczącym pojęcia „służba” i „formacja”. Taki stan rzeczy może wynikać z tego, że pojęcia „nadzoru” oraz „podległości”, odnoszące się do służb mundurowych resortu spraw wewnętrznych, rozpatrywane łącznie dotyczą zbyt ograniczonego kręgu podmiotów, które z uwagi na przyjętą hierarchiczność organów administracji rządowej, z zasady uznają nie tylko nadzór, ale również podległość ze strony organu nadrzędnego. These norms impact the beliefs and values that a parent teaches their children, what behavior is given appropriate consideration and what methods are used to teach these values and behaviors. Due to cultural differences, more confl icts over parenting are expected in multicultural families. Confl ict is an individual’s reaction to the perception that one’s own and another party’s current aspirations cannot be achieved simultaneously (Rubin, Pruitt, and Kim, 1994). The study aims to identify the main issues of confl icts by interviewing migrants from Africa and their Lithuanian spouses. Qualitative content analysis was used for data analysis. The research revealed the following objects of confl icts over parenting: (1) decision making;2) child discipline; 3) child’s religious practices; 4) relations with extended family members. Ameliorating confl icts is possible if the spouses use effective communication, learn about culture and parenting, and seek professional help. This formation was used to implement various activities directed against the Polish nation. The policy of the Nazi authorities varied depending on the existing priorities in this regard. The Germans carried out brutal pacifi cation operations directed mainly against the Jewish population using Polish police. One should not forget about the harmful actions of Polish policemen against Jews. The tragic part of the occupation history of the Polish police was their participation in operations against the resistance movement. Collaboration in the Polish police was a part of this phenomenon in the General Government. The cooperation of Polish policemen with the resistance movement deserves attention. They made a signifi cant contribution to the preparation and implementation of subversive actions as well as the execution of attacks and sentences. They were present on almost all fronts of underground activity. It attempts to determine the legal nature of activities related to the “verifi cation of one’s own information”, referred to in § 5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Although verifi - cation proceedings have become the subject of numerous publications and studies, the link between the “verifi cation of one’s own information” and “verifi cation roceedings” has not been determined, similar to the nature of § 5 mentioned above has not been established eithe Therefore, this article seeks to determine whether the activities referred to in Article 307(5) of the Code of Criminal Procedure form a part of verifi cation proceedings or whether they are distinct from this stage of proceedings and whether they impact such proceedings. Furthermore, the discussion covers also the consequences of a situation in which information about an offence, obtained through a traditional report or from other sources, is not confi rmed. {"title":"Determinants, principles and perspectives of cooperation between the polish fi nancial supervision authority and the police in economic security and prevention of economic crime — a quest for synergies","authors":"Jacek Jastrzębski, Kamil Mroczka, Michał Stępiński","doi":"10.5604/01.3001.0015.4681","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5604/01.3001.0015.4681","url":null,"abstract":"The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (hereinafter: KNF) is the key element of the economic security system of the Polish State. By establishing the KNF, the Polish legislator applied the concept of integratedfi nancial supervision (covering bank supervision, insurance supervision and capital market supervision) located outside the central bank. The KNF has been vested with a broad mandate, including powers to supervise authorised entities. However, the scope and nature of measures available to the KNF in the prevention of economic crime are determined by the institutional position of the KNF, which has not been established as a law enforcement authority or a uniformed or special service but rather an institution engaged in the fi ght against economic crime by providing expertise, supporting other state services specialised in this area. The KNF and the Offi ce of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (hereinafter: UKNF) actively support, among others, the police units that fi ght crime in the fi nancial market and work to increase the economic security of the Polish State. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure broad and effi cient cooperation between the police and the KNF. However, such collaboration must not be limited to relations between the institutions’ management; it should also involve, as far as possible, working and operational activities carried out at both institutions by individuals responsible for day-to-day tasks. Lubiewski","doi":"10.5604/01.3001.0015.4696","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5604/01.3001.0015.4696","url":null,"abstract":"In the era of a clear intensifi cation of terrorist attacks, as well as of the threat posed by them, changes in the current strategy of terrorist groups or persons identifying themselves with their ideology are noticeable.\u0000The main change is to focus the attacks on causing the greatest possible fear by increasing the size not so much of the damage, but of the human victims. Unfortunately, such a tactic is very effective. So far, the greatest attention of the so-called Western societies has been focused mainly on very spectacular attacks on public, commonly accessible places, where a dramatic spectacle of death was created in front of hundreds of people. However, the incident in 2016 carried out by attackers who identifi ed themselves with socalled the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria took place during the celebration of the Mass, where the clergyman conducting the celebration was killed and people attending the Mass were seriously injured, including the nuns, makes us look at the problem from a different perspective. What makes us refl ect on the above is that there were not many people in the church, but it was also not a random attack target.
