Predominantly speech enhancement can be categorized as echo cancellation and noise reduction. Several techniques were introduced to reduce various kinds of background noise and echo; some frequency techniques are based on spectral subtraction. In any mobile communication system (uplink or downlink) the corrupted speech will pass through a cascade or parallel network of noise reduction and echo cancellation modules. In this paper we have proposed a technique of encryption and decryption based on Cryptography and Bioinformatics. In this proposed algorithm, a new method of deoxyribonucleic acid and RNA as keys generated for secure data encryption and decryption methods over a communication to hide message from intruder or third party. Moreover a new method of random creation of deoxyribonucleic acid sequence and converting those into binary representation. Analyzing all those factors and identifying the action is termed as activity recognition. In this paper, we present an approach of activity recognition with the help of context. Context can be termed as the relationship between the objects performing the activity. Activity recognition is performed based on motion identification and context information. We use Principle Component Analysis along with the low level features to perform feature extraction and then Support vector machine as a classifier which classifies the action into a class with label. Carrier Ag-gregation(CA) is an important technology for LTE-A providing enhancements to peak data rates, both uplink and downlink, allowing the User Equipment(UE) to receive data on more than one LTE carrier. This increased complexity is expected to affect the UE current consumption. As LTE is restricted with packet-switched services only, the 3G native circuit-switched (CS) voice mechanisms are used in LTE to support voice calls and SMS. For this purpose, the network operator may consider Circuit-switched fallback(CSFB) or IP-Multimedia Subsystems(IMS) as alternatives, for concerned voice quality, call continuity and reliable SMS delivery in deployed LTE networks. In this paper, the performance of UE under CA(10+10 MHz) is analyzed for maximizing data throughput and also describes how the CA affects UE current consumption measurements with different traffic profiles. As a consequence, harmonic contamination in power system signals is a matter of major anxiety to electrical engineers. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) has been adopted as an analytical tool for signal processing purpose. Single phase voltage signal is chosen from a three phase supply sent to motor. Here, power analyzer interfaced with laptop is an arrangement used as data acquisition unit. Obtained wave data of single phase voltage signal is processed through the FFT program in MATLAB. Then, simulation of the voltage signal procured from data acquisition unit is designed in SIMULINK. After that, the simulated signal is filtered by Butterworth filter, Bessel filter and Chebyshev 1 filter to diminish Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) from the output after filtration. Considering the real-time importance of distributed file system in recent literature conventional data mining algorithms getting extended to scale in MapReduce architecture. In line to this trend we propose a fuzzy associative classification algorithm based on MapReduce framework to extract intuitive classification rules from data stored in distributed file systems. The sparse representation based feature extraction are in a run which is a signal dependent feature extraction and thus more accurate. Multikernel Sparse representation was also had proved to be more accurate and less computationally complex while implemented in other applications like the video object tracking. Affine transform based templates are extracted from the image which has to be trained and the kernel matrix is generated which is used for comparison with the templates extracted from the test images. Kernel Coordinate Descent (KCD) algorithm. The weight values updated using the observation likelihood calculation from the proposed algorithm is used to train the SVM for the image classification in remote sensing images. The template with the highest weight values would be taken as the classified portion of the query image. The curvelet transform show evidence of improved multiscale directional capability, and a greater ability to localize distributed discontinuities such as edges along curves as compared to traditional multiscale transform such as wavelet transform. Hence, we transform original face images to frequency domain using curvelet transform. Noise and illumination invariant features are extracted from approximate sub-band using complete robust local binary pattern, which forms feature descriptor of facial expression. The proposed technique is assessed based on facial expression recognition carried out using a benchmark database such as JAFFE. Recognition of facial expression is achieved using a chi-square distance measure with a nearest neighbour classifier. The precise discovery of fragments in the face image improves the confinement of the outstanding patches on face images. Some methods uses a special framework for expression identification by the use of appearance related features of important face patches. A few noticeable face patches which are alive for each expression classes are extracted considering the location of fragments in the face image. Then further process these alive patches in order to obtain the patches which are discriminant and contain features for grouping of each pair of expressions. Thus it selects different facial patches as important for each pairs of expression classes. Then use these features for performing one against one categorization method.
