Workers and other people entering the workplace are required to use PPE in accordance with the potential hazards. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, and availability of facilities with the use of personal protective equipment. This type of research is an analytical survey with a Cross Sectional approach. Respondents were 85 officers at the Tabanan Regency Environmental Service. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. The results obtained are p-value 0.000 which indicates that the p value (0.05) which means Ho is rejected or there is a significant relationship. The CC value to show the close relationship between knowledge and action is 0.439, which means there is a strong relationship. The close relationship between attitudes and actions shows a CC value of 0.634 which indicates a very strong relationship. The relationship between the availability of PPE facilities and the CC value is 0.619, which means that there is a very strong relationship. The purpose of research is to identify the workload and subjective complaints suwun workers before and after using the tool supporting head in the Market Badung, Denpasar. This type of research is pre experiment with the same study design subject of a pattern of \"One Group Pretest-Posttest Design\". Large sample of 14 persons. The results of the research work environment temperatures between 30-32⁰C; 80-87% humidity and wind speed ranges between 10-14 km/h. A decline in the average value of the pulse rate of 5.47% of the workers suwun who use braces head with the tool supporting that do not use the head and there are differences in the pulse of work before and after using the tool supporting head (p 0.05). A decline in the average value of subjective complaints 11.43% suwun workers who use the tool supporting head with do not use the the tool supporting head and there are differences in subjective complaints before and after using the tool supporting head (p 0.05). Conclusion No difference pulse work and subjective complaints suwun workers at Market Badung Denpasar before and after using the tool supporting head. Advice to the parties concerned to continue to disseminate to the workers suwun about the benefits derived from the use of tools supporting the head and the other researchers in order to create a more the tool supporting head inovasif and modern. Human resource greatly affect the state of sanitation hygiene, including education that leads to knowledge about personal hygiene and the enviroment.The research objective was to analyze the relationship the level of knowledge and behavior of food handlers with the aplication of personal hygiene. This type of descriptive research uses interview and observation methods with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique, with a total of 40 respondents. The analysis in the study used the Fisher Exact Test. The results of the research on the Chi-Square Test, it is known that the Exact Sig (2-sided) value in the Fisher Exact Test is 0.006 0.05 on the variable level of knowledge with the application of personal hygiene, on the variable in the behavior with the application of personal hygiene from the Chi-Square test output it is known that the Exact Sig (2-sided) value in the Fisher Exact Test is 0.008 0.05. The conclusion of this research shows that there is a relationship knowledge and behavior with the application of personal hygiene. Ambengan Village is one of the villages that has not been ODF in Buleleng Regency. There are 89.6% who are ODF and 10.4% are not ODF from 1,278 households in Ambengan village. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the Free Status of Open Defecation. This study uses a cross-sectional design with a sample of 93 respondents and data analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test. Respondents with good knowledge (45.2%), moderate (36.6%) and less (18.3%). Respondents with good attitude (43%), moderate (37.6%) and less (19.4%). The results of the Chi Square test showed that there was a relationship between the respondent's knowledge (p = 0.000) and the respondent's attitude (p = 0.000) with the status of free defecation. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude with open defecation free status in Ambengan village. Kalianget village is still implementing open defecation in the river. This is due to the low level of public knowledge which is triggered by the lack of role of healthy officer regarding counseling about healthy latrines. The purpose of this study is to determine knowledge about healthy latrines and healthy officer with open defecation in Kalianget Village, Seririt District, Buleleng Regency. The research was case control method with 90 families as samples. The results of obtained by the respondents' knowledge were the highest in the bad category, namely as many as 34 people (24.6%). With the role of health officer related to open defecation was highest in the good category, namely 39 people (43.3%). and the behavior of respondents related to open defecation and not open defecation at the same point, namely as many as 45 people (50%). The value of asymp.sig 0,000 0.05 was obtained where the results showed relationship between the level of knowledge and the role of healthy officer with public open defecation behavior. From results surveys that researchers have done before, researchers are again interested in taking this research, researchers are really looking at effect health promotion methods through educational videos about application hand washing with soap. The purpose of this study is to determine effect health promotion with educational video media on the level of knowledge and attitude washing hands with soap in caregivers of toddlers as an effort to prevent diarrhea. Research method used is pre-experimental research with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. With the results of data analysis obtained using the paired t-test, sig (2-tailed) (0.000) (0.05). So it can be concluded that effect health promotion with educational video media can increase the knowledge and attitude of washing hands with soap in caregivers toddlers, it is recommended as input for health promotion program planners about education for hand washing with soap as an effort to prevent diarrhea. The purpose of this research is to find out Faktot – factors related to the status of ODF village in the working area of Buleleng Iii Health Center buleleng regency in 2021. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive analytical research design that aims with the approach used in this study is cross sectional.. The total number of families sampled was 12,923 families and samples in this study as many as 99 respondents with simple random sampling techniques Instruments used is a questionnaire. The data was analyzed univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results showed a relationship between education level (ρ = 0.042), knowledge level (ρ = 0.035), income level (ρ = 0.035), and support of village officials and community leaders (ρ = 0.035) with odf village status in the working area of Buleleng Iii Health Center buleleng regency in 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of health workers and actions in efforts to manage medical waste at Dawan II Public Health Center in 2021. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with a population of all health workers totaling 63 people with the instruments used in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets. The analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate with the Chi-square test. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that the knowledge of health workers in efforts to manage medical waste at the health center has a P-Value = 0.001 significance p = 0.05. Meanwhile, the attitude of health workers in the efforts to manage medical waste at the health centers has a P-Value = 0.001 significance p = 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the actions of health workers in efforts to manage medical waste at Dawan II Public Health Center in 2021.
