This work deals with the automatic process of license for driving system. Normally, during test a candidate has to drive with specific rules or else he will be disqualified .So manual monitoring is required. To overcome this ,an Arduino system with sensors has been developed to have an eye on the candidate, then it was processed by connecting to laptop or PC. Once the registered canditate undergone for license screening the persons identity can be be verified by finger print sensing. The candidates performance will be recoganised spontaneously and the results will be generated either selected or rejected.","PeriodicalId":274686,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Fist International Conference on Advanced Scientific Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology, ICASISET 2020, 16-17 May 2020, Chennai, India","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130669937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The flood which is caused due to sudden release of dam water is prevented by continuously monitoring the dam and transporting the water from one dam to another if necessary. People in the world get affected because of flood in winter and water scarcity in summer. Reservoir is the most efficient tool to save the water resources. The water in reservoirs can be used for domestic and industrial purpose, irrigation, hydropower generation, navigation, ecology, boating, fishing and other forms of recreational activities. But it gets wasted in the form flood. Hence a prototype is constructed more efficiently to save the life of people and environment from flood impacts and also to save the water resources. It is a low cost automated control system which provides better accuracy. Here the data is analyzed and controlled by Arduino Uno R3. This automatic control system is completely programmed. The data is communicated from one dam to another dam through master controller and the communication between the master controller and dams takes place wirelessly using RF Transmitters/Receivers. The master controller has an LCD display to output visual information.","PeriodicalId":274686,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Fist International Conference on Advanced Scientific Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology, ICASISET 2020, 16-17 May 2020, Chennai, India","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132844142","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All vehicle nodes create a network in the range of 100m to 300m for information interchange [1]. The primary goal of this network is to provide security measures and to increase data transportation efficiency in message communication. It provides useful information to the vehicles about directions, location mapping, premises, etc. In VANET architecture, vehicle nodes will adjust and react to the data received from other nodes or RSU, inflicting a topology change in the network. Once the vehicle gets into the network it aids in providing an alert and warning message to the neighbouring regarding any incidents occurs on the road such as accidents, roadblock due to fog etc.,.[2] In these cases vehicle node must send emergency and local warning messages to the other nodes to avoid secondary accidents in the same place. If the message communication path is not secured and guaranteed, several attacks may affect, thereby emergency messages may not reach to the destination on time. The spoofing & tunnelling attack are major attacks which may occur on emergency messages in VANET infrastructure.In VANET, localization of vehicles is very important for various services like routing, congestion control, navigation etc.","PeriodicalId":274686,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Fist International Conference on Advanced Scientific Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology, ICASISET 2020, 16-17 May 2020, Chennai, India","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122547965","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images are difficult to interpret owing to the multiplicative speckle noise from coherent acquisition systems. Therefore, despeckling of SAR images always plays a primary pre-processing task in SAR image processing. There are many methods using various spatial domain filters and transform domain algorithms which focus on speckle reduction but not all methods can preserve the image edge features. The article suggests a de-speckling algorithm via sparse representation using combined Shearlet Transform and DTCW transform which possess direction selectivity and shift invariant property. The experimental results, the suggested method has better PSNR, ENL, and EPI values than the existing state of art methods. The proposed methodology not only preserves the edges, also improves visual effect by enhancing the texture of SAR images.","PeriodicalId":274686,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Fist International Conference on Advanced Scientific Innovation in Science, Engineering and Technology, ICASISET 2020, 16-17 May 2020, Chennai, India","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125432848","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
