In particular - in the rejection of the rationality of Rene Descartes. It is argued that oblivion of the Cartesian attitude towards the obviousness of the idea of perfection to a thinking subject, inevitably leads to the fact of the elimination of representing thinking, and hence consciousness as a genetic and constructive source of values. The consequence, illustration, and at the same time the result and evidence of this oblivion, according to the author, is the popular work of E. Kovalev","doi":"10.24151/2409-1073-2021-2-175-184","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24151/2409-1073-2021-2-175-184","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to study the genesis of the medieval concept of evil, for which the analysis and comparison of the views of Augustine the Blessed as one of the founders and the greatest representative of scholasticism and Sextus Empiricus as a prominent representative of skepticism, whose views have been fruitfully used by Christian theologians as a set of ideas subject to reasonable criticism, have been carried out. Augustine substantiated his understanding of the phenomenon of evil and his own theodicy, refuting the views of Sextus Empiricus and thinkers who had worked in similar intellectual traditions. This reflection is made through the prism of «two acts» of polemics on the subject and status of philosophy, which took place in the Soviet philosophical debates of the 20s, and in the 50s, and are associated with the names of E. Ilyenkov, V. Korovikov, A. Deborin, etc. It is shown that the true Leninist solution to the question of the subject of philosophy, which Ilyenkov defended, has its roots in the ideas of early Plato, who, because of historical conditioning, does not give an explicit answer in «Charmides » and leaves the finale open. Based on the systematic approach and the application of logical analysis, it is argued that the definition of the project category already at the stage of its initiation allows to determine the main attributes of the management process and formulate the requirements to the composition of the project team competencies. The classification feature of international business projects is revealed. It is shown that the classification attribute reflecting the nature of relations between the project participants and taking into account the spatial localization of national legal systems, is the only acceptable for the definition of projects of this type. The author’s definition of the concept of «international project» is given. Various methodological interpretations of «soft power» in the context of national political systems are analyzed. The emphasis is placed on the need to take into account constructive criticism, which allows us to explore the destructive aspects of the phenomenon of «soft power» in real politics.
