In this case, efforts are needed to improve the performance of MSMEs to be able to contribute to society and improve the economy. This research aims to see how the role of innovation and e-commerce can help improve the marketing performance of small businesses. It can be seen that the development of MSME is an advantage as well as a challenge for small businesses to be able to compete and survive in existing business competition. The research method used is a mixed method, with a sample of small businesses in the culinary in Pekanbaru. The research results show that innovation plays an important role for small businesses to improve their marketing performance, because of the many competitions and similar culinary businesses that continue to grow in the city of Pekanbaru, demanding small businesses to be able to innovate starting from the input, process and output of their businesses. Furthermore, e-commerce plays a role in improving marketing performance, but the impact of increasing e-commerce in small businesses in Pekanbaru is relatively small. Specifically, this study examines the effect of audit detection and post-audit rectification on corruption and examines the effect of corruption and government performance on tax revenue. Method of analysis used is structural equation modeling with AMOS software. The data analysis using secondary data with 108 observations from 34 provincial governments in Indonesia. The results found evidence that audit detection has significant affect on corruption. This study also found that the level of corruption and government performance have significant affect on tax revenue. However, this finding has no evidence of effect between post-audit rectification and corruption. The results of this study show implications that government must be able to strengthen the auditor's role in detecting fraud and exposing corruption activities. This study aims to determine the disaster communication model conducted by the government in this case the Public Relations of Karangasem Regency Government with the community affected by the Mount Agung disaster in reducing disaster risk. This study used a qualitative descriptive method and conducted in-depth interviews with the Head of Public Relations of Karangasem Regency, Staff of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Karangasem Regency, and Pasemetonan Jagabaya Community. The results showed that the Mount Agung disaster management communication model carried out by the government synergized with the community through the Pasemetonan Jagabaya (Pasebaya) community. This community-based disaster communication model is carried out with the disaster risk reduction system through the Pasemetonan Jagabaya Disaster Risk Reduction (FPRB) Forum. The communication media used are community-based communication radio namely Orari, Pemda and Rapi. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by SMK-SMTI Padang in increasing the absorption of graduates in the occupational world. Considering the achievements achieved by Padang Vocational High School-SMTI, it needed to be emulated by other vocational schools to improve the quality of graduates so they can be accepted in the occupational world. Padang Vocational High School is known as a school with a waiting period for graduates to work less than 2 months. On average each year around 80% of graduates of Padang Vocational High School were accepted to work in the workforce. This figured exceeds the target set by schools that is 60% of graduates absorbed by the workforce each year. The findings in the field stated that the Public Relations Department at Padang Vocational High School has several programs that have succeeded in making the achievements of graduates ready to work after graduating school. This study uses a quantitative approach in explaining the relationship between variables. Data is obtained through questionnaires from 167 heads of higher education finance and then is processed using partial least square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that management accounting innovation significantly influences the cost of performance diversity. This research contribution develops research related to cost performance and management accounting innovation. The implication of the research provides input for the management of higher education costs, especially private tertiary institutions, in improving their cost performance through management accounting innovation. The limitation of this research is only focusing on private universities in West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands and Jambi. Therefore, the results cannot be generalized in other regions. This research used quantitative methods with ex post facto research design. Population of this study was all of Padang Health Polytechnic staffin total 101 people with sample taken by Slovin method. Analysis engaged by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results shown that transformational leadership has a significant effect on performance with contribution of 17.8%, human resource development also has a significant effect on performance with a contribution of 38.7%. Meanwhile OCB significantly affect performance with a contribution of 17.7%. Transformational leadership and human resource development significantly affectstaff performance with a contribution of 44.2%. Transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior has significant effect on performance with a contribution of 31.7%. Human resource development and organizational citizenship behavior significantly influence performance with a contribution of 50.6%. The research was carried out at SMP IT AlHafit Pekanbaru involving 58 students in the 8 Grade as the research sample. This study uses quantitative research methods with the ASSURE model (Analyze, State, Select, Utilize, Require, and Evaluate). The result obtained from the use of duolingo in class VIII.1 on speaking and listening skills of the \"t\" value with df 31 at the 0.05/5% level is 2,042, while the results obtained from using duolingo in class VIII.2 for speaking and listening skills of the \"t\" value with df 27 at the 0.05/5% level is 2,052. The results of each ability show that the students’ speaking ability of class VIII.1 is 5.5> 2,042 and their listening ability is 4.48> 2,042. The students’ speaking ability of class VIII.2 is 5.17> 2.052, while their listening ability is 5.10> 2,042 (the \"t\" table is each greater than the \"t\" value).
