The main international normative-legal acts regulating the sphere of waste management are analyzed. The main problems of waste management in terms of international economic relations are given. Today, the issue of safe waste management is acute all over the world and is one of the key goals of sustainable development. And this issue is becoming even more relevant given the COVID-19 pandemic. Responsible consumption and production is a promising direction in the driving force of the economy, which allows harmonizing the relationship between society (as a consumer of natural resources) and the natural environment in order to preserve natural resources. Socio-economic progress in the course of its development is accompanied by environmental pollution and depletion of natural resources. Shumilova","doi":"10.1063/5.0109478","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1063/5.0109478","url":null,"abstract":"The COVID-19 pandemic has caused serious damage to the global economy, left threatening socio-economic consequences, forced employers to overcome enormous difficulties associated with the need to survive and maintain decent working conditions.At the same time, the COVID-19 pandemic gave an impetus to the development of digitalization in all spheres of activity around the world, forming a digital fault line and highlighting the urgent need to improve information and digital technologies of ecosystems in which economic entities operate.New technologies have radically changed the paradigm of life, caused economic polarization, job instability and alienation of people.
