Mothers who experience emotional disturbances can interfere with the let down reflex process which results in the milk not coming out, so the baby does not get enough milk and the baby will continue to cry. The research design used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at the 23 Ilir Health Center in Palembang with samples taken from all populations according to the criteria. The results of the study found 13 respondents (81.2%) of the 37 respondents with unfavorable psychological conditions so that breast milk was not smooth, 15 (71.4%) of 37 respondents with good psychological conditions so that breast milk production was smooth. The statistical test results obtained a p value = 0.004 less than α = 0.05 which means Ho = rejected, so it is stated that there is a significant relationship between breast care and smooth milk production. Odds Ratio (OR) of 10.33 (95% CI = 2.24-52.19) which means that mothers with unfavorable psychological conditions with an odds ratio of 10.33 can affect the smooth production of breast milk. Based on the research results, there is a relationship between the psychological condition of the mother and the smooth production of breast milk, so it is very important to maintain the psychological condition of the mother to remain happy and happy during the breastfeeding process.","PeriodicalId":273270,"journal":{"name":"Science Midwifery","volume":"130 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117205582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In some hospitals, the code is extremely inaccurate. If the patient's diagnosis code is not accurately coded, the level of data validation for the obtained information will be low. This will result in inaccurate reports, including outpatient morbidity reports, top ten disease reports, and Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) claims. This study aimed to examine the inaccuracy of the diagnostic code for obstetric cases in hospital. This study employs a Literature review methodology in which researchers will compile various scientific articles/journals into a scientific work. Based on the findings of the study, the percentage of inaccurate diagnosis codes for obstetric cases was greater than 50% in five journals, 50% in one journal, and less than 50% in three journals. The inaccuracy of the obstetric case diagnosis code is due to Man, Machine, Material, and Method factors. Thereby, it can be concluded that the percentage of inaccuracy of the diagnostic code for obstetric cases is quite high, and that the most common factor causing inaccuracy of the diagnostic code for obstetric cases is the Man factor, namely that the writing of the diagnosis is less clear, complete, and specific. Consequently, it is necessary to monitor and reevaluate medical officers, especially doctors and assistants, and to establish a policy stating that writing diagnoses is the responsibility of doctors and must adhere to ICD rules.","PeriodicalId":273270,"journal":{"name":"Science Midwifery","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123350844","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Inline, the government has tightened its policies to regulate the sale of drugs online in order to protect the public. This research aims to identify non-adopter’s reason of using e-pharmacy in Indonesia, which actually as an access to deliver their need for getting right medicines in this era. Using quantitative method by asking 323 respondents living in around Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. And based on theory of Technology Acceptance Model or TAM, this research will integrate further, what factors that make non-adopters’ decide to use e-pharmacy (positive factor), and what factors make non-adopters decide not to use e-pharmacy (negative factor). This research suggests that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trustworthiness, social influence and health literacy have closed correlation with the non-adaptors’ decision for e-pharmacy adoption. However, perceived risk is found to not directly affect non-adaptors’ decision for e-pharmacy adaptation. This study has produced results of the indication of perceived ease of use, intelligence, trust, health literacy and social influence have a positive effect on non-adopters' reasons for using e-pharmacy. Meanwhile, perceived risk has a negative effect on non-adopters' confidence in using e-pharmacy.
