The targeted feelings here are Grandiosity, Truly/Wrongly Better Feeling, and Wrongly Right/Wrong Feeling, while the emotions are Envy and Admiration, and finally Exploitativeness is the unique behaviour studied. This research is multidisciplinary since it invokes both psychology and logic. Therefore, the authors had to draw the sources of this study in psychology to build a logical model that they used as a framework to represent some characteristics of the narcissistic personality. The logical model built allows expressing and recognizing the targeted feelings, emotions, and behaviours. They coupled it with an inference engine in order to use it as an aid in diagnosing whether a person is suffering from NPD, based on emotional, behavioural, and feeling information.","PeriodicalId":272943,"journal":{"name":"Int. The emphasis is not on philosophical aspects as to whether machines can think or not but rather on the nature of the discourses performed in the game. Here the authors are more concerned with the nature of human communication and attempts by machines to behave in the same way. In particular the authors look at some of the strategies that Turing suggested would not be good and he has been proved correct. Also authors look at the side track argument, that some have misguidedly introduced, regarding identifying the difference between females and males through such discourse.","PeriodicalId":272943,"journal":{"name":"Int. The authors' work is dedicated to construction or synthesis of computational emotional thinking. The authors used 3 bases for their work: AI-six thinking levels model described in book \"The emotion machine\" (Minsky, 2007). Evolutionary psychology model of emotions that is called \"Wheel of emotions\" (Plutchik, 2001), the authors used as subjective perception model. Neuroscience (neurotransmission) theory of emotions by Lovheim \"Cube of emotions\" (Lovheim, 2012) was used as objective brain emotional response model. Based on neurotransmitters impact the authors propose to model emotional computing systems. Existing systems makes use of various technologies such as RFID, GPS, GSM, etc. RFID based systems either lack in range if passive tags are used or lack in cost effectiveness if active tags are used. Similarly, GSM based system becomes costlier and requires constant network connectivity. Hence this paper proposes a Wi-Fi based tracking system. Proposed system makes use of ubiquitous technology which encourages the use of Wi-Fi Transceivers. The Stationary Wi-Fi Transceiver consists of ESP8266 NodeMCU development board which detects the Mobile Transceiver. The Mobile Transceiver consists of ESP8266 NodeMCU attached to animals. The Stationary Wi-Fi transceiver detects Mobile Transceivers under its vicinity and sends the data to other Stationary transceiver through hop based transmission and ultimately the data is stored in the database. The mobile application accesses the location information from the database for particular animal and plots it onto the Map. This paper comprises of system architecture, proposed algorithm and mathematical model. This research paper proposes a connected component technique for text extraction and character segmentation using maximally stable extremal regions MSERs for text line formation followed by connected components to determined separate characters. The system uses a cluster size of five which is selected by experimental evaluation for identifying characters. Sobel edge detector is used as it reduces the execution time but at the same time maintains quality of the results. The algorithm is tested along a set of JPEG, PNG and BMP images over varying features like font size, style, colour, background colour and text variation. Further the CPU time in execution of the algorithm with three different edge detectors namely prewitt, sobel and canny is observed. Text identification using MSER gave very good results whereas character segmentation gave on average 94.572% accuracy for the various test cases considered for this study.","PeriodicalId":272943,"journal":{"name":"Int.
