The most significant of them are wind and ice deposition. Such effects lead to irregular oscillations and vibrations of wires. The reliability of the lines is determined by the fatigue strength of the wire material. The authors’ point of view on the possible mechanism of fatigue cracks in the line wires is presented. The main ideas of the method of estimation of structural state of wire metal by measuring high-frequency electrical resistance taking into account effects of accumulation of defects of crystal structure and cracking in surface layers of wire metal are presented. This technique allows you to evaluate the degree of damage to the line. Timely diagnosis increases the reliability of the overhead power transmission line.","PeriodicalId":272476,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125256019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This process occurred in numerous applications such as metal treatment and NPP safety systems. The experiments were carried out by cooling a high-temperature nickel sphere in subcooled liquids with different subcoolings to the saturation temperature. The experiments were conducted in pure water and in water-surfactant solutions with various concentrations under atmospheric pressure. The surfactant was sulfonol (alkylbenzene sulfonate), which added to cooling water. The concentrations of sulfonol were 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2%. The obtained temperature-time dependences (cooling thermograms) and data on the transition temperatures made it possible to reveal the regularities of the influence of sulfonol concentration in the cooling water on the beginning of the intensive cooling regime. Furthermore, experiments have demonstrated a strong influence of surface condition, its oxidation and contamination.","PeriodicalId":272476,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127736622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After specialists of the Association “Roselectromontazh” carried out a set of calculations obtained results showed that the standards specified are overestimated in comparison with the actual values. Electricity consumption has dropped significantly in recent years. The normative values, in turn, has not been revised, which led to unreasonably large investments in the construction of distribution networks, the formation of reserve capacities, and increased losses of electricity in the electrical equipment of electrical networks as a result of their inefficient use. An urgent task is to correct regulatory documents, taking into account regional characteristics, followed by monitoring their actual values. The economic efficiency of a microgrid as well as its reliability are the important issues. The dynamic economic dispatch of the generators provides the minimum operating cost. Introduction of energy storage system (ESS) in a microgrid promises the deeper optimization of generator dispatch. This paper presents the analysis of the effect of ESS introduction to dynamic economic dispatch of generators in an isolated microgrid. The evaluation was performed for two cases with a specified set of generators. Each set varies in the quantity of generators, efficiencies and capacities. The effect of ESS introduction was evaluated by comparing the operating cost with and without ESS. The feasibility of ESS introduction was studied with consideration of accelerated ESS aging. The additional capital cost of ESS to compensate the premature battery replacement was estimated. The feasibility of application of the oversized ESS batteries to extend the ESS lifetime was analyzed.","PeriodicalId":272476,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117207768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DERs bring partial independence from the external grid, fewer interruptions in the electric supply, economic benefits, improvement of the electrical energy quality and the green energy to the systems of the prosumers. However, they also bring network congestions and increase the complexity of the energy management especially when the renewable DERs with their inconstant generation profiles are used. One of the possible solutions for these problems for the prosumers is to organize and join an energy community. Energy community members can both exchange electrical energy to maintain energy balance and sell excess energy to the operator. There are two basic energy management strategies for the community members: collective and individual. This paper focuses on determining the most beneficial one by simulating an energy community with different levels of cooperation and assessing multiple parameters.","PeriodicalId":272476,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Youth Conference on Radio Electronics, Electrical and Power Engineering (REEPE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128172363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
