The prevalence of nurses experiencing low back pain in Indonesia is 31% in 2018 and 57% in 2019. Internal factors related to low back pain are age, workload, body position, and physical activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, workload, body position and physical activity with the incidence of low back pain among nurses at EMC Sentul Hospital in 2023. The type of research is quantitative. The research design used was a cross-sectional study. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between age ((pvalue = 0.014 <0.05), workload (pvalue = 0.013 <0.05), body position (pvalue = 0.005 <0.05), physical activity (pvalue = 0.036 <0.05) with the incidence of low back pain in implementing nurses at EMC Sentul Hospital in 2023. In an effort to fulfill proper MPASI, it is necessary to increase knowledge through information that is easily understood by mothers who have toddlers. Increasing knowledge can be done by optimizing the MCH handbook in applying understanding of the information about MPASI in the MCH handbook and carrying out early detection through reading the height/age chart to detect whether toddlers are stunted or not. The purpose of doing community service in Sayutan Village, Magetan Regency is to increase the knowledge of mothers and toddlers through education on giving MPASI through optimizing the MCH book. The method used in this service is to prepare by conducting a survey of the knowledge possessed by toddler mothers about giving MPASI. The next stage is the implementation of activities, namely education with counseling about the information on complementary feeding contained in the MCH handbook and how to interpret PB/U charts to detect stunting. The final stage of this activity is to evaluate the implementation of activities by measuring the level of knowledge before education is carried out and after evaluation is carried out. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in the level of good knowledge of 80.5% compared to before education, namely less knowledge of 48.8%. Information in the MCH handbook can be an appropriate reference if it is read and understood correctly. Meanwhile, in 2022 stunting in the city of Tasikmalaya ranks fifth highest in West Java. Lack of understanding about nutrition and parenting can increase the risk of stunting. Adolescence is a phase in human life that needs to be protected from the risk of health problems so that in the future they can take prevention as early as possible. The purpose of this activity is to increase youth's knowledge about stunting and its prevention. This community service activity is carried out through four stages, namely 1) identifying problems together with partners, 2) determining solutions and activity plans, 3) implementing educational activities, 4) conducting evaluations with pre-tests and post-tests. Educational activities are carried out by providing material about stunting and its relationship with adolescents as well as the practice of measuring nutritional status. This activity involved 56 participants. The results of the activity showed that the knowledge of adolescents before being given education was 57.30 while after being given education it was 73.92. There was an increase in the average knowledge score of 16.67. Furthermore, the results of statistical tests using paired t-test obtained results, p = 0.0000 <0.005. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) refers to efforts and actions taken by individuals, families, groups, and communities to create conditions that support health and maintain and improve health status. Teaching Clean and Healthy Living Behavior to elementary school children not only helps prevent disease and maintain their health, but also forms healthy living habits that they will carry throughout their lives. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge and awareness of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior to students of SD 16 Sumbawa. The implementation method used is the lecture method, discussion, and direct observation to the place of service. The participants involved were 20 students of SD 16 Sumbawa on Wednesday, Mei 10, 2023. The results showed that before counseling, 60% (12 students) of the 20 respondents had poor initial knowledge, but after counseling, the number of students with high knowledge increased to 75% (15 students). Every year around 17 million people die from NCD before the age of 70, of which 86% of these premature deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries (World Health Organization, 2023). PTM risks threaten everyone of all age groups, regions and countries affected by PTM. Indonesia is facing an epidemiological transition in health problems, where communicable diseases cannot be resolved, while non-communicable diseases, including asthma tend to increase. This Community Service aims to provide education to the public through health education needed to overcome the problem of infectious diseases in the community. In conclusion, this community service activity is that the counseling is going well and the advice to the counseling participants is that the community service counseling participants can do CERDIK which is a healthy life behavior that is able to keep people away from various non-communicable diseases (PTM) such as vascular disease, heart disease, and kidney problems .
