This raises considerable interest from the moment of application the system mechanisms of development projects at the planning stage. Existing economic and social realities of safety management in Ukraine will bring the real estate market to a qualitatively new level and ensure its further logical development. Despite the effective implementation of some advancement mechanisms of development projects in Ukraine, the overwhelming majority of issues related to the implementation of modernization measures remain insufficiently studied. The existing practice of development has a number of unresolved problems, however, at the same time, a number of scientific studies presented in the national management science. The presented algorithm takes into account the main features of the formation of astronomical measurements in CCD-frames. The developed method for selection of the reference stars provides the high accuracy of measurements of celestial objects in digital images. Under visualization of software quality expert assessment means showing of information in the graphical view for maximal usability and understanding. The algorithm for calculation of sectoral polygons area in the polar coordinate system has been elaborated, with using of its relative software quality by corresponding criteria can be calculated and assessed. Diagram's sectoral areas help to define part of software quality by whole criteria according to one expert at the moment and part of software quality which should be achieved for completeness. The causal relationships are provided, which should be taken into account in the methods and models of coordination the configurations of projects of dairy workshops in the community with their project environment. The method of coordination the configurations of projects for the creation of dairy workshops in the community and their design environment has been developed. This method is based on simulation modeling of project products and involves the implementation of four interrelated steps, which provide: 1) the identification of the objects of the configuration; 2) prediction of the characteristics of the project environment; 3) the definition of organizational and technological and cost indicators; 4) determining the rational parameters of the configuration's. It was offered to determine organizational and technological indicators, which underlie the determination of project value, for predicted configuration of the project environment and the configuration objects (dairy workshops). Organizational and technological indicators are determined by modeling a product for a given project environment. The cost indicators of dairy workshops are determined based on the received quantitative values of the organizational and technological indicators. Rational parameters of project configuration objects are determined on the basis of comparison of the unit value of the functioning of their product in their various variants (branded composition). Changing tendency of organizational, technological and value indicators were determined on the basis of proposed method and simulation of product functioning on the territory of given community (Zabolotiv community, Brody district, Lviv region). They made it possible to establish that the configuration of the projects is rational if modular dairy workshops “KOLAKS-5003” with the efficiency of 5t per 24 hours involving 3 performers are installed. Except for the main function the application does not perform additional actions. It consists of a part that serves as a user interface and a database that is located on the server. The input is an English-language text snippet that is similar to what the user wants to find. Implementation of this approach allows determining the optimal parameters of the clustering algorithm in terms of the maximum values of the complex balance clustering quality criterion. Evaluation of effectiveness of the proposed technique was performed based on the use of two-dimensional data which contains clusters of various shapes. The results of the simulation have shown high effectiveness of the proposed technique. Simulation is carried out in corpuscular level. It is considered the process of overlapping holes by different solid particles. Sizes of the particles and the moments of their incoming are considered as random variables. The result of the process of sprinkler nozzles contamination reduces the volume of irrigation water. Our mathematical model allows predicting water consumption in the irrigation systems depending of the irrigation water contamination level.
