Therefore, this study contributed to construct a dynamic appraisal framework (DAF). Deploying Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) methods and single-valued neutrosophic sets (SNNSs) in DAF to appraise financial risk for seven enterprises based on determined nine criteria. The CoCoSo method is used within the context of the SVN to decide which enterpise is the otimal. Companies that want to promote sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) must first choose the most suitable sustainable supplier, which is a MCDM dilemma, as highlighted in a number of research studies. In addition, because of their limited expertise, those who make decisions have a propensity to convey their opinions via the use of language phrases. The purpose of this work is to report on a unique MCDM model for the choice of sustainable suppliers. This approach integrates the MCDM MABAC method inside an uncertain language situation. With the assistance of uncertain linguistic sets, the neutrosophic sets used to overcome these uncertainty. When it comes to generating the ranking of possible suppliers, the MABAC is dependable and easy to understand. Particularly, thermochemical energy storage (TES) which is characterized by substantial density of energy. So, selecting suitable material among the set of materials is crucial process. This study emphasized employing durable techniques to elucidate complex interrelationships between criteria and several materials. Thus, this study employs Multi-criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. Also, we are supporting these methods with robust theory represents in neutrosohic theory to fortify MCDM methods in uncertainty and non-aligned situations. Moreover, we are utilizing Multi-objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis plus Full Multiplicative Form (MULTIMOORA) assists with Single Value Neutrosophic sets (SVNs). As a result, this places significant limitations on the ability of policymakers to independently and covertly optimize energy sources, which is particularly problematic for rural populations. In contrast, the constraints imposed by the topography of the land on renewable energy (REEN) systems, which are for the most part dispersed across the natural environment, make energy planning more difficult. In these kinds of situations, decision analysis plays a crucial part in the process of creating these kinds of systems by taking into account a wide range of requirements and goals, even at fragmented levels of digitization. Many criterion decision making, often known as MCDM, is a subfield of operational research that focuses on finding optimum outcomes in complicated situations that include various measures, competing goals, and multiple criteria. Because it enables decision-makers to make choices while simultaneously taking into account all of the standards and goals, this tool is gaining traction in the area of energy planning, which is one of the reasons why it is becoming more famous. In this paper, the TOPSIS MCDM methodology is integrated with the triangular neutrosophic sets to rank and select best source of REEN in Egypt. Component failure is often caused by inappropriate material at some stage throughout the functioning process. In light of this, the piston material selection is performed in this article. The goal of this work is to found a technique for selecting the material of the piston for a new design engine by using the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach to find a solution to the issue of choosing the material for the piston. The purpose of the TOPSIS method is to pick the appropriate material for a piston based on the application it will be used in. The TOPSIS technique is stretched under neutrosophic sets to solve the vague and uncertain information in this process. The single-valued trapezoidal neutrosophic sets (SVTNSs) are used in this paper. The SVTNSs is a mixed with the trapezoidal neutrosophic sets (TNSs) and the single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). There are nine criteria and three alternatives used in this paper. When selecting an appropriate service to use in a setting where there is a high degree of unpredictability, it is in the user's best interest to be able to deal with ambiguous information. This is because the Cloud service environment contains a great number of unknowns, which may prevent the user from making wise choices. In this paper, the authors propose a framework that they call the Optimal Service Choice and Priority of Cloud Computing (CC) Service. This methodology gives cloud customers the ability to evaluate the various service options available to them relying on QoS (Quality of Requirements) standards. The model employs a mixed approach to decision making that is based on many factors. The PROMETHEE is used for the purpose of ranking and prioritizing the QoS criteria, and to get the final rank of cloud services. The suggested methodology is a Multi-criteria decision making approach due to this problem contain many conflicting criteria. The PROMETHEE is integrated with neutrosophic environment to overcome uncertainty information. The evaluation of the danger of Natech events coupling is conducted using the technique of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodology in this investigation. Additionally, the concept of spherical fuzzy is presented as a means of resolving the issue of ambiguity associated with the Natech coupling risk. The Natech Coupling Hazard Index is designed to include both tangible and operational resources in its calculations. The idea of an equal population is being floated as a means of contrasting the dangers presented by physical facilities with those posed by functional amenities. The spherical fuzzy set is an effective method for coping with ambiguity since it presents a broader decision-making region and identifies reluctance. under this paper, a fuzzy MDCM technique using spherical fuzzy AHP is proposed as a solution to the challenge of managing the selection of process mining methods under settings that are unclear and vague. The AHP method is used to compute the weights of criteria and shows the rank and order of alternatives. Neutrosophic sets are defined as the sets where every other element of the universe possesses a degree of truthiness, indeterminacy, and falsity, which range from 0 to 1, and where these degrees are subsets of the neutrosophic sets that are independent of each other. Neutrosophic sets are also known as neutrosophical subsets. In the neutrosophic sets, impreciseness is represented as truth and falsity functions, but the indeterminacy function represents degrees of belongingness and non-belongingness and differentiates between absoluteness and relativeness. Neutrosophic sets can deal with the unpredictability of the system and cut down on the paralysis brought on by conflicting information thanks to this notation. As a result, one might argue that this capacity is the single most significant benefit offered by neutrosophic sets in comparison to the many other forms of fuzzy extensions. By making use of these three functions, neutrosophic sets are able to create a domain area. This area makes it possible for various kinds of mathematical operations to be carried out separately despite the presence of uncertainty. Due to the fact that the behavior of these methodologies is inspired by Nature and its capacity for adapting to issues, in addition to the potential for combining more than one method to reach the best alternatives, metaheuristic algorithms are employed to initiate the finest or the best possible alternatives to a lot of optimization techniques.
