For neural networks two different approaches were tested: classical support vector machine and newly emerged ML.Net framework. Both methods could correctly predict user desired controls with ~99% accuracy, but ML.Net was recommended for further use because it was less selective for the data format, on the other hand SVM required data separation for binary classification thus increasing required number of SVM machines if control areas would expand. Content is the key aspect in every phase of the customer journey and modern content strategies rely on more intelligent, structured content organization. At the same time, search algorithms are getting smarter every year, while also making it harder for online businesses to get traffic without investing in a quality website and a concrete ongoing optimization strategy in mind. This is especially important for large content platforms and businesses that increase their content efforts over time because these types of platforms and processes cannot rely on manual categorizations and monitoring. They become increasingly complex when using multiple metrics to evaluate performance. Therefore, our idea is to perform automatic content categorization by using the concept of semantic similarity between content articles. We would like to test the hypothesis that the use of NLP and ML approaches to organize the content into content hubs can lead to better website performance monitoring and improved understanding of the most profitable segments of the website. In fact, they have become a serious problem for the operative satellites, and regardless of their size, which goes from few millimeters to tenth of meters, the space debris are a threat both for the present and the future of the space missions. Nowadays, more than 28000 of orbiting object are placed around the Earth making their detection and recognition a primary issue in the space safeguard. The space debris affect all the orbital regime: from Low Earth Orbit up to the Geostationary region at about 36000 km. The Sapienza Space Systems and Space Surveillance Laboratory has been working for years in the field of the orbiting objects optical observations, and it is approaching the geostationary region monitoring by means an innovative optical system. Medical video is recorded in order to collect experimental information about the use of technologies and integrated data that consists of a series of doctors with video recording, and this leads to user interaction with computers. Using the coding methodology, the video is analyzed for a medical diagnosis that contains important information about the patient’s condition with the help of computers, as well as performing surgeries in a medical environment to conduct clinical trials and diagnostics. This leads to software development, reduction in medical effort real-time quality measurement and utilization of available treatments for patient medical diagnosis Medical video has become one of the leading and most common fields, in addition to medical images for diagnosing heart and lung diseases, brain and digestive diseases, and this diagnosis is made by using ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in addition to a CT scan. All this helped to provide health care through new methods of research and experiments clinical. Lately, Compression technologies developed video and images are widely used, and by using these effective compression techniques, little or no damage is achieved, the file size is reduced and the visual quality is not affected, major target of compression is to enable data to get saved or transmit in the better form types of compression in various manners like the lossless and the lossy. The aim of this study is to compress video film to lower the irrelevance and the redundancy of data, principle component analysis (PCA) is used in this research, the main component analysis of medical video compression based on self-matrix analysis that all readers will be able to understand the PCA method. This paper presents a suitable technique for medical video compression using Principle Component Analysis PCA, compressed the frames of medical video with eigenvalue and eigenvector techniques. Our results showed that the existing voting system has security problems and needs to be upgraded using information and communication technologies by international standards. We believe that the transition to online voting in the Iraqi elections is necessary, which provides a new system of trust and security for the user and the government of Iraq and helps to solve the problems that exist in this system. Expected or fortuitous collisions can be either managed using control strategies or mechanical elements such as SEA (Serial Elastic Actuators) or VSA (Variable Stiffness Actuators). This article deals with the design of an original prototype of a Continuous Rotation Variable Stiffness Actuator (CR-VSA). The solution proposed is made of two main functional subsystems: motor-reducer group and a variable stiffness equipment. The latter is formed by four steel foils whose length is defined by an actuated slider; the longer the beam, the lower the stiffness. The foils connect the rotation of the output to the one of the speed reducer, a cycloidal drive; encoders measure the angular coordinates to compute the position of the output shaft and the torque applied. A working prototype of this CR-VSA has been manufactured using rapid prototyping and low-cost solutions; ROS (Robot Operating System) has been used to implement the control strategy. With the advancements in nanofabrication techniques, confinement and manipulation of light below the diffraction limit have been achieved. However, the realization of ultra-fast and efficient nano light-sources is still a challenge. Utilizing Purcell effect with all-dielectric nanophotonics can be a promising solution to address the limitations. In this context, we offer an all-dielectric silicon hollow nanocuboid structure that can be employed to obtain enhanced magnetic dipole emission. According to the simulation results, silicon hollow nanocuboid provides a strong magnetic resonance and enhances magnetic dipole emission of a source in visible range. In this design, the hollow in the middle of structure supports accessible magnetic hotspots which can interact with magnetic dipole sources to force them emit with a higher decay rate. Among the chronic deaths, diabetes accounts a major cause. Especially Type 2 Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) and its complications have become the top 10 causes of death by rapidly increasing all over the world in the last 20 years. Therefore, to prevent and detect diabetes in early stages is crucial. For this purpose, machine learning, expert systems, fuzzy logic and Semantic Web based approaches have been developed. In particular, Semantic Web provides technologies to represent diabetes data as machine-processable metadata. This metadata then can be used to automatically infer possible prevention, diagnosis, treatment plans at early stages using semantic rules and SPARQL query language. Therefore, in our work, we review recent ontology-based intelligent systems for preventing, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes patients. We compare the methods in terms of aim, ontologies, technology, user interfaces, reasoning capabilities, evaluation metrics and software. These complexities in data transformation generate many issues related to the quality of data between the sources and the target systems. Besides, a new approach must be taken into consideration to deal with the data transformation and management in compatible and incompatible data sources. Hereby, to address the data transformation from one system to another, the data must go through a middle system that interacts between the source and target systems. Since the areas where the leg touch the ground in legged mobile robots are small, the usage area is quite wide. They can adapt to all kinds of terrain conditions and can be used in places unsuitable for human health. Examples of these include areas containing radioactive, closed areas that do not contain sufficient oxygen, areas with explosives and caves. Considering that the robot will be used on rough terrain, the Klann walking mechanism, which is superior to other walking mechanisms, has been chosen. In this paper, solid modeling of a mobile robot with four legs has been done in SolidWorks program. In the Klann walking mechanism, which consists of six link, the coupler curve of the end point where the leg touches the ground has been drawn in the Cinderella program.
