After reviewing previous studies, it was hypothesized that there is a statistically significant relationship between financial risk management and stock liquidity. The study relied on published data and financial statements of four Islamic banks listed in the Saudi capital market. To test the hypothesis of the study, the historical, descriptive analytical, and inductive methods were employed. One of the most important findings of the study was the existence of a statistically significant relationship between credit risk and stock liquidity. In addition, there was a positive and statistically significant relationship between liquidity risk and stock liquidity in the Saudi capital market.","PeriodicalId":270236,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human and Administrative Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129486885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides, classified documents are of major importance with regard to state security and the interests of individuals and their personal lives. The research includes an introduction, a preface, two chapters and a conclusion. The preface demonstrates the concepts of disclosure, public employee, and classified documents. The first chapter of the research deals with the basis of the public employee’s commitment to protection of classified documents in the Saudi laws. The second topic focuses on the effects of the public employee’s disclosure of classified documents and the penalties resulting thereof in the Saudi laws. It was found that classified documents are written documents issued by official departments and similar public institutions that are subject to the authority of the state and its legislations, including information that the employee is notified of divulging or disclosing them. The researcher recommended that the administration should establish a clear mechanism for protecting classified documents, and a classification of the degrees of confidentiality that aligns with the nature of the activity of each department, giving importance for disseminating awareness among employees of the danger of disclosing classified documents, and effects of such disclosure on the security of the state, society and individuals.","PeriodicalId":270236,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human and Administrative Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129842479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is what the noble Sharia urged and commanded, in terms of a necessity of uniting good endeavors to purify society against the blights of crime and its repercussions. The research consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. As for the introduction; it included a statement of research problem, its significance, the research methodology, the study questions, and its techniques. The first topic aims to explain the concept of controlled delivery and its legitimacy, the second topic: types of controlled delivery and its procedures, and the third topic: the crimes covered by controlled delivery, the challenges it faces, and its most prominent applications. With regard to the conclusion: it considers the most important findings, including: that the objective of controlled delivery in Islamic jurisprudence is to preserve the five necessities that are the purposes of the orthodox Sharia through a legislation of rulings, so cooperation is required to accomplish this goal, and that controlled delivery is compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, as Islam defines it in terms of its application not directly regarding its terminology. The Messenger, the noble Companions, and jurists enforced it, and through it, counter narcotics units will be able to seize the leaders of criminal organizations or gangs, which engage in illegal trade in narcotics and psychotropic substances, who usually work stealthily. Moreover, controlled delivery is an exceptional method that cannot be approved unless only expected to achieve a clear and certain benefit, represented in detecting and controlling smuggling and trafficking groups, organizers, financiers, leaders and planners.","PeriodicalId":270236,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human and Administrative Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128354217","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In these ‘virtual’ classrooms, technology took center stage with seemingly non-academic platforms such as social media taking the dimension of learning tool for public and academic use. In Saudi tertiary level virtual classrooms, social media came to the rescue with teacher-learner communication becoming problematic to maintain. This study employed the analytical research methodology with a questionnaire used as a data collection tool. The respondents were EFL professors at Majmaah University in KSA. Results showed that a vast majority of the respondents agreed that utilizing social media platforms in EFL virtual classes was highly significant in several ways such as strengthening the rapport between instructors and learners, augmenting interaction, reinforcing understanding, and motivating learners. Students had the added advantage of being able to supplement their learning through the discussion and sharing of academic materials on social networking platforms. In this role, this medium has gained great popularity in KSA and research, too. It has indicated that it could be an effective platform for language learning. This study, therefore, has set out to explore the impact of technology on English language learning especially in the light of the fact that the teacher community, as a whole, is rather wary of technology assisted classrooms with fears ranging from poor learner engagement to practical challenges of infrastructure and training. The aim was to find common grounds of teacher-learner agreement on the positive use of social media as a learning tool. Therefore, a sample of 100 students and teachers each from the EFL setting at Majmaah University was administered separate questionnaires to evaluate the extent and popularity of social media as a learning tool at tertiary level. Results indicated that teachers were keen on using social media as a teaching tool.","PeriodicalId":270236,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human and Administrative Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115938998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
